The shelf on top of the towel warmer is really convenient for storing extra towels. Great for a small bathroom.

Horizontal bars are not quite horizontal.

Good product but has defects. the horizontal bars are not leveled. The deviation is noticeable compared to the tile edges. It might not be noticeable if attached to a painted drywall, not tile.

Easy to install

We ordered this for our N. Idaho condo bathroom. It heats up quickly and works very well/as advertised. It was a snap to install, and looks lovely in our bathroom. Can't wait to get my warm towel in the winter/ski season!

I don’t have a lot of wall space so this fit perfectly under my bathroom window. I love the shelf feature so it’s easy to put clothes or towels on there. The bar themselves do get quite hot, but it takes a while to heat up. I don’t mind the hidden button at the bottom of the vertical bar, but it is protected is a rubbery film which makes have to dig my finger in to turn it on. I do wish it would have an auto turn off in case the user forgets ( clearly I forgot once and it ran overnight!). Otherwise, I have zero regrets with getting this product. Love it in the winter for its warmth, and in the summer for the extra space it provides to hang clothes to dry.

I recommend this warmer rack because it looks very nice and works great. You don't even see the cables. Easy to install. Hired an electrician and he was able to install it for me. You can see the photos. Personally I will buy it again. Fast shipping and good price.

Heated towels are amazing!

We used a licensed electrician to hardwire this in during construction. Our teenager picked it out, he likes the shelf on top for storing his next clean towel. We live in a damp climate, a heated towel rack is the only way a bath towel will dry out completely before the next day’s shower or bath.

After living in Europe we got addicted to towel warmers. We added this to our bathroom remodel and love it!

We liked that the top towel shelf heated as well!

We like the towel warmer. It solved our issue of cold wet towels that did not dry for hours. Its design was perfect for our tiny space. The only issue is that there is no timed or automatic turn off feature. The hard wire option that is included is bonus.

I learned towel warmers were a thing when I traveled to Ireland. Best purchase ever!
