Very similar to one I had for 16 years and still going. Hopefully this one will as well. So far so good.

Not hot enough. Returned.

I was so excited to get this. It is well made, and the rack gets really warm, however the towel just doesn't heat up as much as I would like.

Putting this in a remodeled bathroom. I have not been able to hang it yet, but it is exactly as pictured!

Looks beautiful. The brushed nickel is lovely and just what we wanted. I chose this one for the curved appearance and all the positive reviews. We can’t wait to try it out when it is installed in our new bathroom next week.

One of life' essentials. Warm dry towel. Used this for more than 20years.

This is our 2nd of these. The 1st lasted 15 years before it finally gave up. This one is about 1/2 inch narrower and taller than the 1st, but it’s fine. And most importantly, it warms without being too hot. Love warm towels and love that this helps dry the towels before the get the musty odor from our damp-ish environment.

Added this to our boys bathroom. Perfect incentive t for them to hang up their towels.

The listing said nickel, brushed nickel (out of stock), and chrome. I ordered nickel expecting polished and it was in fact brushed. I'm trying to decide if I will keep it or not (working with customer service). Otherwise it looks good.

Doesn’t heat towels well at all. Bought a bucket warmer instead and it works much better.
