Doesn’t get hot enough

Easy to install and use. But the rack keeps the towel mildly warm. If you want a hot towel after a shower, this isn’t for you.

Worse Buy Ever Made, TWICE!!!

I ordered a HARDWIRED towel warmer twice & both times I received the plug-in version. I called the Roseburg store & was told the 'item comes direct from a 3rd party' so Lowes apparently never knows what they are truly selling you. Especially when the item is coming from China!

A Great Warmer

This is a great warmer. Heats up quickly, well and not too hot. Towels dried in less than an hour (where we live.) Big for something that really is for two towels.

Worked for less than a year

We really enjoyed this towel warmer - while it worked. It has died after less than one year of use. I don’t think it’s an electrical problem because the on/off switch still lights up. However, the unit no longer heats. I’ve ordered another of the same model, for ease of installation. We’ll see how long the next one lasts.

Lackluster warmer

Does not warm towels. I have tried multiple positions/ folds. It just does not have the power. We had a container towel warmer is it did great. It broke and we decided to splurge on this. What a major disappointment. I will be returning and purchasing another container warmer. Be warned.

The first one we received was visibly crooked, with one side over an inch higher than the other. It was an easy return to Home Depot. The second was straight on the front, but the 4 mounting posts were tilted in different directions. We were able to install by loosening the posts and forcing them into place. It does turn on, so we think (hope) the electric components had better quality control.

I never knew these style of towel warmers existed until I seen this bar style towel warmer. Once I seen it I knew that I had to get it for my wife. She was always saying that we needed to get one. Now that we have one she couldn't be happier. It doesn't make towels as warm as we thought but definitely warm enough to make coming out of the shower into a cold bathroom way more comfortable.

I got this electric towel warmer as a luxury item for my wife. She is a very cold-natured person. Winters in our part of Texas are relatively mild but there are those days when it does freeze. The styling of this towel warmer is simple but elegant. The finish is beautiful and uniform throughout. Being hardwired, the installation is a bit more complicated and you will probably have to do some repair to the existing wall unless you have easy access to the wall from above like through the attic. We chose to add this during a remodel so the wiring wasn't much of an issue. It's hard to describe the simple pleasure of a warm towel when one steps out of the bath but I suggest you try it ............you'll like it!

I was a little unsure a first having never even thought of getting a towel warmer but I was pleasantly surprised. The "Radiant Large 12-Bar Electric Towel Warmer in Polished Stainless Steel" not only warms and dries towels, but it is fantastic for delicates and other items that cannot go in the dyer. Installation was fairly simple and it does not take up too much space.

Radiant Large 12-Bar Electric Towel Warmer in Brushed Stainless Steel is a quality product worthy of purchase, After receiving the towel warmer was excited to install it but had to wait a while because our master bath was getting a remodel. I chose a location close the entrance to the shower for easy access. Rather than measure the included distances for the towel holder lugs I choose to stand the rack against the wall with it level and drew a line around the wall attachment bar to locate the wall lugs. Did the same with the electrical box location Everything fit as it was suppose to including the electrical hook up. I did decide to add a wall switch to turn the towel on rather than try and use the rocker switch at the bottom of the left bar. The unit heats up fairly quickly and placed the heat evenly across the hanging bars. Yes I would recommend this towel warmer.

I couldn't wait to give this electric towel warmer a try and I am not disappointed. It is a real pleasure drying off with a warm towel - I love it. I also like to hang my robe on it to add to my comfort. The unit is well made and I think very stylish. The towel warmer is controlled by flipping a tiny switch which you would never notice unless you specifically looked for it. Real happy with this unit.

This twelve bar electric towel warmer looks great and is pretty easy to install. I only had one minor problem during installation. The supplied hollow wall anchors are quite brittle and one of them broke when I was attempting to screw it into the wall. Other than that, installation was easy.

We live off-the-grid on solar and wind power, so I'm always hesitant to get an electrical device, but this has proved to be fairly energy efficient for a towel warmer. I got it because my wife gets so cold after a bath in the winter. Throwing the towels in the dryer to warm them got to be a hassle, so this was the next step. The warmer does warm the towels nicely and more quickly than the dryer. We only plug it in for a short time, but that's all it takes. It's now a much warmer bath time for us both.
