The product advertised and the product that was sent were not the same. Turns out the product described on the website doesn't exist. Took over a month to get my money back with no apologies for the mistake or the fact that I had to call 4 times and email 3 times just to get my refund approved. No one answers the customer service phone line regardless of the time of day you call.

Customer Service is Lacking

I bought this as a Christmas gift but need to return it. For a month, I’ve submitted return request tickets, followed up via email for and I’ve even tried to call. It’s been impossible to get a live person on the phone or an email response. While I did not physically use the product, I’m rating this 3 stars due to the lack of customer service. I’d buy other products from companies who offer customer support.

I’m not happy with my pot it is not nonstick.

Good stuff

I prefer the glass lids so I can see what’s going on without lifting the lid. Great for me, I already own 2+ sets of Analon and love them. I’ll give the pan/lid a shot

Gift to myself

I am thrilled with the two piece cookware I purchased.. It has to be the best cookware I have ever used, I plan on adding to my set. Thank you for sure a wonderful product

Seems like a really nice pan, but the description says it's a 7 qt. with 11" fry pan lid.

We love the Dutch oven fry pan combination. Cooks great and cleans up very easily.

Sturdy Pans!

Sturdy, well built. Packaged very well, and quick delivery. Only seared chicken in pan so far, but washed up very easy and chicken turned out very well.

Not what you posted

They say this is a set of 7qt pot but that actually just 5qt. When I complaint they said they posted it wrong but I see they never correct it. They didn't even offer any discount for me replace another order, just the 10% for signup email. So disappointed about their customer service

Very happy with Anolon cookware. Holds up well in vacation rental.

This is the perfect size Dutch oven for many different recipes, especially chili. The handles make it easy to move from oven to stove and back. This oven can be left on the stove to simmer without fear of scorching on the bottom.

This piece is so cool with the lid which also serves as fry pan!

This Dutch oven is a sturdy and beautiful pot. I make bread in it in the oven as well stovetop dishes such as beef stew. It is all metal with no plastic handles. I highly recommend it.
