I did not realize when ordering that you HAVE to...

I did not realize when ordering that you HAVE to use the cushions, there is not complete support on the chair bottom without them...just a few bars across, not comfortable. The base of one chair is not even so the chair is very slanted. Now have to contact Manufacturer and hope they will correct the problem.

The rating I have is no way to do with overstock's product or service. It's was a mistake of the delivery company. Overstock was very helpful and considerate with handling the problem. The truck company had lost part of the order

I LOVE the product - just as pictured! I am ESPECIALLY happy with the delivery process! I was contacted by the transportation company and arrangements were made for delivery. There were two large boxes. Being a senior citizen, this was a big help! I didn't have to load heavy boxes in my car and unload them again at my home. My husband and I had no problem putting things together. GREAT product & GREAT delivery. THANK YOU to all involved!
