Damaged delivery

The set is a good quantity product but delivered with on chair that had 2 chips on the finish of 1 chair. When I called customer service they told me I could return to any Lowe’s for a full return (not a good option for me) or schedule a pickup. When I asked if there were any other options, like if I could return just the damaged chair, I was told only other option was a $50 refund. Think this is ridiculous since a pickup for a set that could not be sold as new would cost much much more. Will not buy any additional items from Lowe’s that requires delivery agin

Perfect for my medium-size deck. Quality is great and I was able to assemble it by myself within an hour.

Perfect little set for a deck

I wanted a small patio table for two for our new deck, and this one is perfect! It has everything I wanted: swivel chairs that also rock with matching cushions and constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum, making it both lightweight yet sturdy. My husband was able to assemble it in no time. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Nice addition to the Hanover Traditions set.

This set pairs well with our Hanover Traditions 7-Piece Dining Set in Tan with Six Dining Chairs and a 60 In. Cast-top Table. We used the rocker chairs with our 60-inch table and then traded two regular chairs from the set to give it a bistro table look and function. Nice addition to our outdoor entertaining area adding much enjoyment.

One chair is broken but they tried to glue it!!!!!

I wish you didn’t send me a glued backrest because it’s noticeable. The white glue says it all. It didn’t even work because you can still see the gap. How can I return 1 chair? Can I bring it to Lowes concord store?

Some difficulty with assembly - not all of the holes lined up - had to drill it.

This 3 piece set is very attractive, but just throw the seat cushions away! Cushions are far to flimsy to be comfortable! Set is not worth the money.....Too Bad

Not Sure Quality Equates To Price

Ordered chairs and table, picked up from store and was very excited. What I had read and seen of this item I had high hopes. All parts were provided, assembly was straight forward and didn’t take long. I’ve now had the chairs and table for around a week or so and have used them. Unfortunatley, the bronze color looks more like a bad paint job than anything else but hey, it’s only appearance right. The table is very wobbly. It feels like the top of the table is too heavy for the skinny legs. The chairs seem to be sturdy and move fairly smooth. The thing I dislike the most is the sharp edges. It appears as the the casting did not go through a quality check but then again, its only skin right.

Parts missing

It's kind've hard to assemble a table when all of the screws and instructions are missing. Paid $750 and now have to figure out what screws I need.

Very nice set for a small space. Hard to assemble without instructions and all of the parts. This was disappointing considering the price.

Looks great, seems sturdy and is easy to assemble. I'm not too handy, but took me less than 90 minutes to unbox and put together. Each chair is 4 bolts, washers and nuts. The table is 12 screws. The instructions are good, just follow them and you should be in good shape. I really like the chairs that rock and swivel.

Very comfortable set, bought for our retirement home and love it I can't wait to sit outside and eat dinner in the spring and summer time with my husband.

For this much money, it ought to come to you already assembled. Packaging is copious, takes about 5 minutes to get rid of the paper and cardboard from each of the dozen large pieces. Lighter weight than I expected and the holes do not align very well and some of the threads are galled BEFORE you start assembly...so run bolts through first before trying to put it together. Instructions on the table weren't bad but the ones for the chair are truly horrible. It does look nice once you've spent a day (seriously) assembling the things. I would not buy this again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

High quality

I highly recommend. We didn't have much room on our porch so we opted for this set. Came packed extremely well so no scratches. Fabric on the seats is high quality. Love it!

This is beautiful and has great quality. It’s been through a few rain storms and they are still in great condition. They were easy to put together as well.
