I thought I was buying a rod that matched others I purchased in the store. The one o received was thin and cheap looking, so I returned it.

Had hoped 3rd time was a charm. Three separate orders and not one had the right color, two rods bent. Their solution? I drive (when I can’t) to the closest store, 34 miles away because they didn’t read the color on the order. No apologies, nothing for all my time $300 out of pocket and still have the wrong curtain rods as they are an online order only.

Your system sucks… You give me an app that I could check out the availability is the delivery of my product… I checked the app and it said my product was delivered at 2:03 PM on February 5… However, when I went to the store they said they couldn’t find it…your delivery system is lacking any type if precusion

Fiberglass cracked after a week of use

The tubing paint coat is extremely poor. Should have been powder coated. You need to slide between the fully encased brackets back and forth to install the curtains. Just the slight rubbing removes the thin coat of black paint. The support brackets are well made and painted.

Need to return several items, disappointing

Rockin the curtain rods!

these curtain rods are the bomb! So easy to work with and love the pipe style! it goes great with my style of stuff 🤭! Very happy with this purchase for sure!Thanks Walmart for having cooler stuff

Not as pictured

Awful and plain ugly, doesn’t look like the gold color in the pic at all. Has a greenish hue to it. The rod was a COMPLETELY different color from the part that goes on the wall, too. Save yourself the hassle of lugging it back for a return.

Rods are poorly made

It took us a couple of hours to get this mounted, and my husband is a professional carpenter. The center mount scratches the rod. Just slipping the rod through the center holder scratches the pole, and the scratches are glaringly obvious because they show up bright silver against the bronze finish. When you screw in one end of the rod, the other end comes loose. You really need two people, one to hold the first end and the other to screw in the other end.

This is one of the twelve Rod Desyne Industrial curtain rods I installed by myself throughout the first floor of my home. I love the heavy duty design and quality of the rods. They block out much more light than conventional rods because they allow the curtain rings to wrap around the end brackets, preventing light from entering from the sides. I think they complement my MCM home beautifully, and the bronze look is trending strong in 2023. My only complaint is that the blue anchors provided with the sets are tapered too much, making it very difficult for me (a 72 year old woman) to screw in the last quarter inch or so. I went back to Home Depot and bought a box of the small straight white anchors for a few dollars and it was so much easier!
