Nice Towel Bar

Very functional and attractive towel bar. But, once the renovation was done, we found that the limited space we had would not accommodate the double towel bar.

The product performed well. However your computing purchase/retail system would not accept my debit card. I had to use my credit card which can incur finance charges. Not good. I don't understand. The Debit Card is a Mastercard. The Credit Card is a VISA card. BOTH cards are issued by the same bank: Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU). I have been using them for years and had never had my Debit card denied.

Lack of response

The products we bought are really nice. The only issue we have is the bathroom tissue holders. They come with metal covers which we didn’t particularly like, but we were told those covers were removable. Since there didn’t seem to be any way to do that, I called your office for some direction. The lady I talked to said she didn’t know, but would check with your staff and call us back. No one ever called back.

Excellent double bath towel bar

A quality double bath towel bar that looks great and is sturdy.

Very solidly built. Just hung it up today and it looks great! Hoping that the wider spacing between the bars (compared to some of the other double towel bars) will allow the towels to dry.

These are great towel racks and not the least bit flimsy. They do an excellent job holding two large bath towels.

Worth every penny!

After doing some online research and reading the mostly positive reviews for this towel bar, I bought two to replace the cheapo towel bars installed by the previous homeowners. I am very happy with the quality and sturdiness and of this product. These towel bars are attractive and worth the higher price -- you get what you pay for! :-)
