Looks great. But it has insecure set-up, depending on a little screw (a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link) and terrible installation instructions

I really like the design of the Latitude II series fixtures - a nice modern feel and definitely an upgrade from what I had. The fixture is well made, true to the descriptions on the website. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love the look of this towel bar. Sleek and modern, it looks wonderful in my bathroom! As a warning on this box it says to use a 5/16" drill bit to make the hole, and that was WAY too large a hole, the anchors fell right into the wall! I ended up using a 3/16" and even then I could have gone smaller. Also, even using the guide on the box for where to mark the holes, this was a little off, I think you'd be better off measuring yourself. Would give this five stars for looks but sub-par directions make this a 3 rating.

We already had three other Gatco Latitude accessories in a total remodel of our primary bathroom and love the look and quality of their products. This 18" towel bar was an additional piece I recently purchased and installed last night. I had an issue, with one of the original pieces, and found their customer service department to be surprisingly helpful and expedient. Gatco is an exceptional value, in my opinion, for the quality of materials used along with their top-notch designs. Great job Gatco!!
