Beware

I purchased this set 3 years ago and the coating on the inside of the pans has deteriorated. I contacted the lifetime warranty department and filed a claim with no response although they say 2 to 3 days. I also emailed the support department and again no response. What’s a lifetime warranty if you can’t use it. Very disappointed

They last.

We received this set 15 years ago as a wedding present. It’s held up well but our pans became a little warped and the non stick worn on a couple but I think they were great for 15 years of regular use so I decided to just get it again. The color is a little darker than our 15 year set and what I feel is shown online and on the box but it’s solid and cooks very evenly. Also the new set is lighter in weight. We’re donating most of the old set and I’m sure someone will still get use out of them and hope we’ll get another 15 years out of the new set.

Two are better than one (specially on sale)

After nearly two months of continual use AND proper care, these pans still look and function like new. Nothing I have thrown at it sticks. What does stay behind in the pans, easily wipes out under hot water (and a paper towel).

Study, heavy and beautifully done.

I bought this band of pots& pans in 2017. I wasn’t disappointed. This is my second set and the quality seems to be the same, hopefully they last for the next 7 years like my previous set 😊. The only difference is I got more pots and pans in 2017. I was looking of the same amount of pots and pans in one set but I didn’t see it. I ended up buying 2 additional pans and I will have to buy a bigger pot. I am happy with my set.

Beautiful, finish is a little delicate

I love these pots and pans. They're beautiful and the non-stick finish is the most non-stick finish I've ever had. My only problem is that after just a few weeks of use, the fry pan surface is showing swirl marks, not really scratches, just swirls. It has to be from the dish brush I used for cleaning. I thought this surface was supposed to be pretty durable and didn't expect a dish brush to scratch the surface, so I will change to a softer cleaning cloth. They do clean up easily so it shouldn't be a problem.

Love My Pots

I was hesitant to purchase the set because they are pricey. I saw the Presidents sale and bought the set. I am so happy I did as I love the way they cook. Got a nice sear on meat, and my sauce came out delishous! They clean nicely to. Waiting for another sale to purchase another pot. If you are deciding to buy these pots, go ahead as you will not be disappointed!!!!

Best cookware ever

I was tired of replacing my cookware every couple of years because of various reasons ie. coating chipping off, uneven cooking surface, and I have to admit they were inexpensive. So I decided to make an investment and pay a little more for a new set when I saw a commercial on tv and decided to try Anolon out… I am so happy I did. This is the best cookware I have ever used. They are very sturdy with a nice weight to them. They cook so even I am amazed. The cleanup is wonderful. I absolutely love my new set.

How to return cookware!

I received my cookware set on Dec.16, unfortunately the cookware in not compatible with my range top. I have emailed Anolon and sent several tickets explaining this situation and I still haven’t had a response. I need a return address so I can return the cookware z as bad get a full refund. I also emailed the support group and haven’t heard anything. Please inform me how to return the cookware and get a full refund. I’m sorry the cookware didn’t work for me, as the set is very nice. Looking forward to hearing from Anolon. Thank you

Defective lids retain liquid between glass & frame

Initially ordered this set on Dec18th as a gift with a delivery indication that it would arrive in 1-2 days. That didn’t happen but forgave it because of the Xmas holiday shipping. Finally arrived on December 31st in good condition and wife was so excited. That only lasted until she washed the cookware in the dishwasher. There is now liquid trapped between the top’s glass and the metal rim. Sure the water may evaporate but just imagine if it was used to cook something that had grease splash onto the inside of the lid! It’s not just one lid but all 5 lids. Automated call system messages remain unanswered with no return calls since January 2nd and it’s now January 14th. There is no excuse for this quality of merchandise nor lack of customer service! Too bad the Zero Star rating isn’t available because it is appropriate for this company!

Anolon Advanced Home Cookware Set

The 11 piece Anolon Advanced Home cookware set has always been an excellent and useful set to use when used according to the instructions. The secret is to cook on low to medium heat….no discoloration on the pans. I have used mine for going on 7 years now. That is why I bought this second set as a gift for a family member. It is a very good set.

Defective Set & Horrible Customer Service

i never write reviews, however the lack of response via email and phone call has led me to. i am extremely disappointed with both the customer service at Analon as well as the quality of the products i received. i purchased this set because my mother has been using her Analon for many years, and so i trusted that the quality would take my pots a long way as well. i was very wrong. after only a year or so of using my set, with very gentle care (i do not place them in the dishwasher nor do i use utensils that would scratch the bottom of the pot), many of my pots and skillets began to deteriorate in quality. the inner coating started to peel and it’s dangerous to cook in such a pot. such a shame that i spent so much money only to throw the pots in the garbage. i am extremely dissatisfied, especially because no one at Analon responded to my warranty claim or email, and there is no live human behind their phone system. if you want a good quality set with actual lifetime warranty, then please look elsewhere.

Contacting customer service

I love the cookware set. This is my second set of Advantage pans. I bought them again for several reasons- no one else has the heat resistant handles that are ovenproof, the larger skillets have the extra handle and they are great quality for the price.

Pan warped after a few uses.

I've only used the fry pan about six times since I purchased in June. It is terribly warped. It was almost immediately warped after I used it a couple of times. I used it tonight and decided to throw i away. I don't cook often but if a pan I've only used a few times, warps, what's going to happen when I use other pieces more than a few times. I would not recommend!

Every pot/pan is beautiful! Already using and delighted with every meal. Food cooks evenly and clean-up is a breeze. The handles stay cool. The bronze color is perfect! Ordered more pieces from this collection. Very satisfied

QUALITY NOT THE SAME ANYMORE!

I’ve had an Analon Advanced Home set of pots and pans for over 10 years, and though it had a lifetime warranty, they make it impossible to use, so we were due for new frying pans. I purchased these thinking they would be the same; as they were the SAME EXACT TWO PANS I was replacing. The new pans are half the thickness and half the weight! I’m keeping them only because I paid less than $30 after using my Star Money. However, I won’t be buying any further Analon Advanced Home pans and will be looking for a better quality set to replace the rest. Shame on Analon for taking a great pan and turning it into something so cheaply made!

Warranty Non-existence

Bought the set two years ago. The metal coating is starting to fail on all pots and pans. I sent in a warranty request 6 weeks ago, received acknowledge email but nothing else. Tried to call and get caught in an endless loop. Have emailed several times with no response. These pans were very cared for and in good condition. I don't cook often, so would not expect them to fail. I had another set from different manufacture. lasted 20 years. still have some of those pots and pans.

WARPED AND NO MANUFACTURER REPLIES

I submitted a warranty request for the (never used) 12" Deep Skillet with Helper Handle that was part of of this 11-piece set. See pix and videos. I submitted an online ticket, have sent two follow-up emails, and tried calling. No reply emails, only auto-generated responses, and no way to get a live person through the phone tree. I would pass on this manufacturer based on the lack of support for a product that has a lifetime warranty. Could have been a great purchase. Very disappointed.

High quality frying pans

I bought this set plus the 8 inch pan separately. I have used the largest pan (many times in the two weeks I've had it). I also used the smallest a couple of times. Have not had occasion to use the middle size yet. The non-stick coating on these works great, they are attractive, the weight is good (not too heavy or too light), and best of all, these are deep fry pans so you can combine all ingredients for casseroles without overflowing. Not quite a saute pan, but deeper than the usual frying pan. I guess the only thing that would make these even better is lids...but that would add greatly to the price. I've been using Teflon pans for years. These are a little pricier, but so much nicer.

GARBAGE!!

These pans are good for 3 years, then you may as well discard them! The nonstick surface wears off and the pan becomes useless! As for their "lifetime" warranty, don't even bother. They will tell you it's your fault for cooking with them and not offer any replacement/refund. The pans cost alot, but I figured with a lifetime warranty that it would be worth it. Not the case here! I ended up purchasing a new pan from another brand. Anolon should not offer a warranty, if they are not going to back it up! I would stay far away from anything made by Anolon!!!

Wish the handles were the stay cool type

I needed to replace my 20-year-old fry pans of another well-known brand because the non-stick surface had begun showing signs of pitting. The reason I didn't get that brand again was mainly because of how heavy they were, especially the 12" pan.
