Easy to install if you read the instructions...

Item was returned due to unable to use the item in my bathtub. The customer service team at the Queen Street store in Southington CT was absolutely amazing! They were very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Exactly what I needed. I've tried different styles of shower racks, and this one is by far the best designed, for the best price. It also looks great. What a difference it makes!

Took some time to figure out which poles to use for my shower. Bath combo but once that made sense it went together easy and is holding up very well

Very nice.. the reason for 4 star and not 5 is because it doesn't seem very sturdy also the instructions weren't clear. There should be an example for bathtub setup and shower. It only showed for shower leaving me guessing on the proper installation.

Useful caddy

Easy to assemble. The two hooks could be attached and not so wide (my shaver keeps falling off), and there could be a spot for holding shavers on the side of the basket (think of holes used for toothbrush holders on the sides). I have a caddy that has this and it is very useful.

I don't give reviews on all my purchases, but this one deemed a review. I buy many of my items from Walmart but I don't remember any to be so disappointing. To start, my delivery was 2 days later that the expected delivery date. However, I understand sometimes things happen that can't be controlled. But when I got the product, it had to be assembled. I wasn't aware of that when I purchased it. Still, I chalked that up to my not fully reading the ad and so my fault. However, when putting it together, it kept falling to pieces everytime I put the tubes together ( there are 5 of them) ! The directions tell you to measure tub to ceiling to choose correct pipes to put together but doesn't say to add x amount of inches to allow for spring tension to hold the thing in shower. Figured that out myself. I finally got it together with some ingenuity and hot glue. Overall, it's a cheaply made product and I will never purchase it again nor do I recommend it. Especially for the price I paid and poor delivery on top of that. Very bad experience in my opinion.

Great caddy!!

LOVE this caddy! I bought the satin nickel for my guest bathroom and the bronze for the master bath. Both are great. They're very sturdy and hold lots of stuff. Plus they look great. I've only had them for a couple of weeks so I don't know how durable they'll be, but I'm pleased enough that if they rust, I'll just buy more to replace them with.

This shower caddy is perfect. It came with very simple directions and I had it put together within 10 minutes. The instructions even had a chart so you know what size to make it which was soooo useful. After putting it together I was able to set it up in no time. It's has 4 shelves and is super sturdy. It also came with extra hooks so you can hang loofahs or anything you desire. I put it right in the corner of my bathtub and it doesn't get in my way at all. Leaves so much space in my bathtub so I don't have shampoo bottles everywhere! Seriously great to have! Absolutely love it!

Great shower caddy!

Slightly confusing to assemble but once we got it together and Into the shower I was in love! 4 shelves give plenty of storage space, I was able to clean off all ledges in my shower! Shelves seem sturdy enough to hold multiple bottles per shelf. Absolutely worth the price price!

Perfect fit

I am so glad that I decided to try this shower pole. It hold all of the necessities and it's a perfect fit for the shower. It's made well and looks great! I will recommend this product to all my friends.

Great addition to bathroom

I love this shower pole caddy. It has 5 shelves which is generous. I love how much I can put in the shelves too. It frees up shows space and it looks nice! The caddy was very easy to assemble as well.
