The instructions were clear it can be a little tricky putting it together due to the spring mechanism inside of it

The spring to hold the rack in place is not exceptionally strong. Doesn’t adjust well.

Looks nice but is weaker / flimsier than I expected. Shelves don't stay in place when pressure is applied (we have a body wash container with a pump - can't keep it on the shelf because it shifts).

There is no spring in the tension rod so it will never be tight enough to be sturdy.

The tension pole is flimsy, don’t recommend, I was hoping it was similar to the one I purchased at Marshall’s for 30, this purchase does not compare. Do not recommend.

Works well as expected. Looks good as well. As I read in a few other comments - it is true that the fastening system for the baskets is not very strong - I haven’t had a issue but I don’t plan to overload it either. Satisfied with it so far.
