Beautiful fixture every elegant but I have two things that I don’t love about it #1 is the water pressure is not great I wish it was stronger and #2 is that if you don’t have 20/20 vision is very hard to see the shut off marker

"Overpriced and Defective: Grohe's Poor Product Qu

This is, without question, the worst Grohe product anyone could purchase for over $1,000, plus $500 for installation. Grohe is completely out of touch with its customers and clearly does not properly test the products they sell. The head shower barely drips water, offering zero force, and the hand shower performs even worse. The water stream from the hand shower is so weak that it simply pools in your hand due to the lack of pressure.

Great Shower System, Stunning Appearance.

This shower system is fantastic (professionally installed). While the chrome finish might require some upkeep, it looks great, and I hope it stays that way. I wish there was an option for a 2.5 gpm showerhead.

Great Product - Dismal Technical Repair Support

Purchased the Euphoria Shower system in 2017 and loved it until the flexible hose's washers needed to be replaced. They are 21mm (OD) X 11mm (ID) X 2mm thick - apparently not a standard size that is avaialble anywhere. I contacted Grohe directly and was told that the washers are not sold separately and that you need to purchase the entire 58" flexible hose.

Second worst shower of my life.

The shower could not hold temperature, went from hot to cold. Trying to adjust the temperature, it was like there was no valve, it’s either hot or cold. I tested the output it’s 27.6 C at the alleged 38 C setting. This was installed by a professional plumber. I should have kept the $300 shower that worked. Highly disappointing that this product needs fiddled with after spending $1200 plus installation.

I love it but the water pressure seems to be limited based on what other faucets produce in my house.

[Rewarded Review] Problematic installation --- leaking

Do not buy the Grohe Euphoria product, or any product that relies on a connection with parallel threads without a O-ring or rubber washer seal on the end to butt up against. As stated by others on the Internet, the Grohe products that rely on parallel threads and no O-ring or gasket are very prone to leaking inside the wall. I bought the product before reading about the leaking problem and therefore installed plumbing, shower wall-board and tile to accommodate the Grohe Product’s unique requirements. Once a leak appeared on my installation, and I read on the internet about the common leaking problem, I was stuck with trying to make it work without leaking. After four tries, using various methods (most recommended by Grohe tech reps) and a week after my last installation attempt, no leak has reappeared — yet.

I showed this to a customer who liked it for a bathroom he wanted renovated. I was not sure based on what he wanted this would satisfy them. The are very specific with their requirements so I asked a friend who recently used a similar product to share pictures of bathrooms that had shower system installed. We settled on the cool touch system. Ultimately the customer had a few bathroons redone and we used a variety of systems

Great value for a fantastic, high quality rain shower head shower system. Highly recommended.

This unit works great. Everything needed was packed with the unit when received, except basic tools. It was a little tricky installing, the fittings used to connect to your existing hot/cold water lines need to be positioned just so to be able to hook up the control unit. After that, the install was pretty straight forward. The features of the handheld unit has 3 different spray patterns and the rain shower head is a very pleasing sensation. Also, you can run water or flush toilets anywhere else in the house without the temperature changing.

The quality is excellent, precisely made, all the parts are well packaged. The instructions are not the easiest to follow with drawings only but there are videos online if you know where to search for them. When I ordered this, I planned for it to replace a single handle existing shower valve in a tile shower wall. I wasn't planning on it being for a 2 hole wall penetration for hot and cold 5 7/8" apart and wasn't planning on dealing with tile removal or cutting since this valve is inside the shower area.

For a drop in shower its fantastic! I can honestly say that the way this is designed it is very easy to install. You need minimal tools and do not have to open up the wall at all. Could not be happier with the product functionality and options.

relaxing shower system in my home. We love the waterfall and detachable shower head. Feels like a waterfall in my bathroom. We did not do the installation; however, contractors seemed to install it quickly. I'll get used to the vertical bar, as we did not have that before; however, it does not really impact the space in the shower.

Sleek design including large shower head. The handheld shower component is easy to use and I like that the hose portion stays behind the handle when not in use. I did have a professional plumber install this so I can speak to the ease of installation or not.

This is part of a complete upstairs guest bathroom remodel. It looks gorgeous and is the high quality that I expect from Grohe. The plumber said it was a straightforward easy install. I was concerned that the controls would be confusing but found them to be simple and within easy reach. The dial on the right controls the source of the water as well as the rate of flow from the rain head and the hand held head. The thermostat (left dial) keeps the temperature constant no matter how water is being used downstairs. I love the safe stop temperature setting and that it can be overridden by pushing a button for a hotter shower.
