Decent price, have to assemble, ok product.

There are nicer cabinets out there but this is basic and gets the job done. Wish we didn’t have to assemble but I think if it’s in your budget it still looks nice even though I know there are nicer ones out there. Having said that, I went with a nicer top and it makes it look even better. We had to install the the extra white trim on the bottom side to seal off the gap between my tile and the vanity so ignore that.

This was not the original vanity that I wanted. The other vanity was not available. This one might just work. The color scheme for the bathroom is the key here. Also the shades of brown really do matter when you lay your color flooring down…

Worth a ten star rating.

This is a quality piece. Solid as can be, and very easily put together. Looks great! I would truly give it ten stars if I could.

The Built-in Look

If you prefer the built-in look, the Design House Brookings bathroom vanity is a great choice. Really liked that a matching toe kick was included.

Easy to assemble, directions were simple and easy to follow. The door bumpers were missing was the only negitive and I suggest using a helper with setting in place. 1.5 hours assemble time.

well built and fits our bathroom nicely very happy

Lots of room under countertop and the color is a nice gray tone to our new remodeled bath in white with 1ft.x2ft polished tiles with gray smokey lines.

The other reviews seemed very positive, so I had high hopes and got it on sale for $300. I thought an "assemble yourself" would lead to less of a chance of having an already broken one from the store (pre put together with dings". Right out of the box I thought it was okay, the sides were made of real plywood. There was a ding on the outside panel that I was disappointed with. When putting together, we noticed the predrilled holes didn't line up for most of the screws. This was frustrating. Additionally, the kick plate pre cut out was not deep enough, leading to the kick plate being a couple mm longer than the rest of the box shape. When we finally placed it in the bathroom to check fit, we noticed that the front doors are NOT real wood as others seemed excited about. They are some kind of MDF that make it look much cheaper (this was also disappointing). They were covered when we put it together and we didn't look because we wanted to protect them during assembly and the rest looked like real wood/plywood. When putting on one of the handles, the screw is slightly too long and the handle cannot become tight. During this process, the handle also severely scratched the front door and paint came off! We are going to just go buy a washer to make it work, and I patched the paint back up, but also surprisingly undurable for MDF. Overall, it is okay, but not sure it is worth the full $400, and I wouldn't have paid $300 with how it turned out.

This is a very nice cabinet once it is put together but it comes completely broken down. It took my husband over an hour to put it together and he's very good with handiwork, so if you aren't, it may take you longer. He also had to cut the opening in the back wall for the plumbing. Once it was finished though, it looks very nice in the small bathroom. The time it took to put it together is the only thing we did not like about the cabinet which is why I rated it with 4 stars instead of 5. It shipped directly to the store so we picked it up there and there was no damage to the box or contents. The cabinet is a nice shade of gray, it's sturdy and fit our 30 inch sink nicely. We needed a cabinet with 2 doors without drawers to fit the existing off-centered plumbing and looked at several cabinets. This one fit and is deeper than most 30 inch cabinets that are only 18 inches deep. We needed 21 inches deep to fit over the tile opening. We've had this cabinet in place for several weeks and are very pleased with it so far.
