This item was picked up at the store after an online purchase. I should have checked it at the store before bringing it home. Several pieces were broken off and the sides were chipping. This item looked like total junk. Certainly not worth $400 even if it wasn't broken.
Missing parts and holes were not pre drill for cabnet pannels
The back piece came with some damage. Thankfully it wasn’t a structural support and managed to glue back broken piece otherwise a total disaster.

Bought this vanity which is decent quality, however, assembly is an exercise in frustration. There are 15 steps in the instructions, but worthless after step 10. Buy this unit and you will be writing the next negative review.
Solid plywood but cheap veneer!
The veneer is very thin and split from the plywood at the upper edge before the vanity top could be installed. It does not come pre-assembled. We were able to reglue the veneer and added a trim piece for support to prevent further splitting, but I cannot recommend this product. It is likely that the vanity will not be durable given the very thin veneer and poor quality.
