4 consecutive deliveries broken

The tile is very nice and looks beautiful in my kitchen. However, Home Depot has a major issue with shipping this product. They do not re-package it; it ships only in original boxes. Each delivery had numerous broken tiles, requiring re-orders. The last 2 deliveries were so damaged that fed ex could not even ship them. Do not buy this unless Home Depot fixes their shipping process. This product ships directly from a Home Depot distribution center so there is no excuse for such poor packaging.

If you decide to order these for delivery to your home or delivery to the store, know that these are the worst packaged tiles. I ordered 6 boxes and only about a quarter of them arrived unbroken. Even the HD staff were floored when they saw how many were broken. I returned them all and ordered from another local store. Do yourself a favor and go buy a white tile anywhere else. I purchased a green tile from HD-different shopper and they all arrived perfectly and packaged with foam not just brown paper like these. Love buying from HD but this tile vendor is a bust.

After multiple attempts/orders/returns i ended up buying the same tile for more money from a different company. Home depot did not package or protect the tile in any way. It was shipped in its original box- resulting in broken tiles each time I received my order.

It took over two weeks to get the product becsuse the original box was damaged in transit. Caused major issues for my home renovation

Product is ok but is packaged such that it cannot be shipped without breakage.

95% of the tile was broken at delivery and I still haven’t received a refund nor has the broken tile been picked up. It’s in my way.

Tile surfaces are cracking

The outer glaze of the tile is cracking. It started a week after install and 2 months later there are so many cracked tiles. They have hairline cracks all in the surface.

Beautiful tile...2x10 distressed bright white. I installed the tile and recommend back-buttering a thin layer along with thin layer on wall. That way it won't seep through the cracks. I used platinum all ready mixed grout.

Gorgeous color! Being able to order a sample was great. Tile was exactly like the sample. Super happy!

We used this tile in our bathroom shower, and I absolutely love it! It gives just enough interest to make it look classic, yet it isn't basic subway tile that so many use. We love it so much that we are also going to use it for our kitchen backsplash.

Beautiful tile. We used it and did a vertical design in a shower. Very clean and attractive look. Shipping took long but otherwise we love the product.

Newport Grey Really Hibiscus?

So disappointed with this tile. Tile came in boxes marked “Hibiscus”. Had a definite pink hue to it. So glad I noticed before they started putting it on my wall. When the store re-ordered for correct tile, they were told that Hibiscus was Newport Grey. Now that really doesn’t make sense. So unless you are wanting pink tile for your job, do not order the Newport Grey.
