Perfect Tub
I love my tub. Epsom salt, bubble bath with a glass of wine is mandatory self care. Delivery was unorganized though.
Have not installed yet but have inspected seems as described .

DAMAGED TUB
On 2/1 this tub was delivered to a customer of mine. I was told to inspect the tub and report any problems within 48 hours. I contacted Build to report a visable defect in the tub. The homeowner is willing to keep the tub for a discount, but I have not been able to get a response out of customer service. I have emailed and chatted for over a week now. I don't understand why this is being ignored.
Free Standing Soaker
The Wyndham Brooklyn Tub is very nice. It is finally installed in my bathroom. It looks substantial. Well worth the wait.
I like the style and size and reasonable price. Its for a remodel and we think it will look great in our master bath. Not yet installed
