Clam Quick Set 11.5 X 11.5. Purchased off season

I cant yet give an honest review. I received this mid October and set it up on a Saturday between bouts of rain to see if anything was missing, broken or torn. Then we quickly unset it before the next Vancouver Island rainy season deluge of rain came. We will not be able to properly assess till we use it next camping season. Bought it off season in preparation for the next.

I love this it’s so nice for camping . Weather resistant not to hard to assemble.the shelter is nice to have ta home to eat out side to or to take with me to go fishing

One of the supporting poles was broken and I’ve been trying to get it replaced for months and it’s been very frustrating. I keep seeing it says the order is on the way but then I need to provide more details and it never shows. A lot of money spent for something so fragile.

Great for Camping

This gazebo is compact and just the perfect size for camping — for our kitchen and to store up our chairs and other stuff at night. The disassembled length is about the width of a CRV so it fits the car. Well made and sturdy materials. Overall a great buy.

Awesome screen tent

Love this tent. Currently have the 6 x 6 model and love it. Got the 9 x 9 for the extra room. Great quality and easy to set up. I would recommend!!

CLAM Quick-Set Traveler 6 x 6

I received the Clam shelter and wind panels not to long ago. It was shipped quickly and noticed that the carry bag is very heavy duty and setting up the shelter to couple tries but once I got it down it setup and take down quickly. We have had the shelter out a couple of times and are very impressed with the quality. Dealing with the RMH RV Parts customer service is also 5 star. There was a small issue with one of the wind panels and between RMH RV and Clam I had a replacement panel with days. Will recommend.

Love this outdoor camping tent as it is great for our food table and keep the food secured and away from bugs. It holds up nice against the weather and set up time is quick and easy.

Great extra room for camping!

I love how easy it is to set up. Plus, the size is great to cover most campground picnic tables with room to get around them. It will give us so much more space when camping. I haven't tried it in the rain yet, but I've heard good things about the waterproof roof, so I am hopeful.

Sent me the wrong model and wrong color. The model I paid for was 80 dollars more expensive. They sent me a replacement but it was incorrect again. Now I have to deal with customer service and sending back these orders. No one has offered to help. Horrible customer service.

this is the wrong item. we ordered the 6 sided 11.5x11.5 shelter. the one delivered is 72 x 72 4 sided.

I would love to be able to review this. Unfortunately, I never received it. I placed an order for CLAM Quick-Set shelter with built-in wind panels. I received a CLAM Quick-Set shelter WITHOUT built-in wind panels. I wasn't too concerned because, although I took a chance and ordered an 'open box, final sale' product, my experience with Wayfair in the past has exceeded my expectations. In fact, I initially thought that perhaps I had accidentally ordered the wrong version. My confirmation email confirmed that I had not. I assumed that, since they sent the incorrect product, they would offer to replace it with the product I had ordered. Instead, I was initially offered a 10% discount. When I asked if they could just send the wind panels (which Wayfair sells), they said they could not and the discount was bumped up to 25%, which does not cover the additional cost for purchasing the wind panels separately. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I would certainly never buy an open box product from Wayfair again and am uncertain if I would purchase anything from them in the future.

THE BEST POP UP SCREEN TENT!

Had looked at this at the beginning of the summer season and decided to wait to see if it would go on sale. It did … and I snapped one up right away! Soooo easy to put up and even move around from spot to spot. We use it at our cottage and easily move it around down at the dock and beach area. Also put it up on our back deck to keep the bugs away and be able to play cards and games outside. Perfect size … love it!

Be careful: the website and pictures are not accurate. I thought I was getting a canopy with sides like the picture, but they sent me one w no sides. The website is very misleading.

My first experience with Wayfair and it was absolutely dreadful. The wrong product was sent multiple times and Wayfair was unwilling to make thing right.

Great Buy!!

This was the a great buy for the last minute pick up. We added a small table & 4 chairs for good card game :) Very please to add this to our backyard and waiting for the next cookout!! U do need a fan!

Website said “ grey” when I received thebitem it was green like an army green. Very disappointed! Very hesitant to order again from Wayfair. Will not recommend to family or friends

As Expected

I wanted an easy pop up shelter and know that this is a full fledged tent! Had to buy a rechargeable fan bc while it keeps all bugs out, it does the same to light winds. It's way bigger than I thought. Almost too big for my 10 x10 deck but I'll still enjoy it when Summer cools down.

Clam is actiually an excellent brand. I’m giving one star to Wayfair for sending me the wrong shelter. I ordered the more expensive gray 12x 12 and rec’d a cheaper green 9x9. They customer service agent was pleasant. I am to expect a call at some point in a day or two from either the warehouse or clan directly. Frustrating as I was hoping to open the box and check this thing out!
