I read the reviews for purchase on this product and I'll tell you I am more than happy on how my project turned out. I use them in my two car garage . If you take your time and handle these styrofoam boards with care your project could come out as well as mine did. I watched the video on using the Loctite and or Liquid Nails. My recommendation would be to do the whole outside perimeter of the board and spot it throughout the inner part, I didn't want the corners to sag so I felt that way was the best

Love them easy to install, easy to cut . I had a lot of cuts to make as my room had a lot of top cabinets . I put up with out painting. Left that option open can adjust tile within first 45 minutes of installing. After that is pretty well up there. Fingernails will scratch it. But love the look.

Lightweight, easy to cut. Items came in perfect condition. If you aren’t gonna paint them I would suggest using white glue. I used tan and you could see the glue through the tile. I also used a water based sealant to bridge the gaps. Haven’t painted them yet but so far so good. Yes I would buy this item again.

They are thinner than I expected and can easily be dented. They are easy to install and easy to cut with a utility knife. Will be using in other rooms. Would recommend painting them so they don’t look so much like styrofoam.

These are FANTASTIC! They were easy enough to attach to the existing bathroom ceiling tiles with adhesive. They look great and people cannot believe they are styrofoam! A wonderful solution when replacing the ceiling fan created additional holes in the ceiling. Would recommend!

As overpriced as these molded styrofoam tiles are, one should expect to not have to scrape the perforations tabs off of the sides. It took much longer to knock these perforation tabs off of the tiles than it did to glue and hang the tiles. Time is money. This job took over twice as long due to this poor product. I want over half of my money back. What a rip off!

I think lt's horrible that you when you order something like ceiling tiles for a construction and then suggest an overrun of at least 10 percent and expect it be done within 30 days . then not take the return of of the extra. I should have went with Home Deopt. There return policy is worth the extra money. I went with way fairs estimated square footage and ended up spending more money

My son has a townhouse with a very old - many times - patched living room ceiling. We were limited with finances as to trying to repair the ceiling. After researching our options, we chose the bead-board design. After the easy installation (just take your time), we painted it. Everyone believes that it is wood bead-board. It is beautiful! We would highly recommend it!

I wish I had read more of the reviews prior to my purchase. The foam tiles are very thin and flimsy, especially for the price. Be careful, I poked holes in two putting the trim back up and had to rip them off (which was a mess and start over). They are easy to use if you’re a beginner, but my husband absolutely hates them. Think twice and read reviews before your purchase so you’re sure if what you’re getting

It looked good on the website, but seeing it up close I just could not believe someone thought this was a good idea. Picture a Styrofoam disposable picnic plate, that is what it is, only thinner and more fragile.

Look closely before ordering the beadboard pattern

If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. I was going to use for a long, narrow hallway ceiling. The issue is that the tiles are rounded at the edges. So instead of looking like a continuous board, it definitely looks like individual tiles. I tried to cut them, which is possible, but wasn't happy with the effort involved compared to the appearance after cutting. I ended up not using them...maybe I should have noticed the issue before ordering. Anyway...not a bad product, just make sure it's what you want.

So simple to install and you would never ever know it was made from styrofoam!! I am very pleased! Put in a spare room to experiment for starters. Have already ordered more to put in a quest bedroom! I never dreamed covering a popcorn ceiling could be this easy. I used Gorilla Glue Heavy Duty Adhesive in caulk form. Drew a bead 3/4 inch from the edge around the outside and crisscrossed through the center. These are so so lightweight it doesn't take a lot of adhesive. Easy to do by yourself. Cuts easy with an box cutter or exacto knife.

This product is not thick or heavy. But is a great looking product once installed.

The reason for the 2 star is because I don't think this is the best tile to use on top of popcorn ceiling, even though they say it can be. If using on top of popcorn ceiling DO NOT USE the Loctite adhesive recommended on the video. The tiles will NOT stick. Use Liquid Nails Paneling Adhesive,,, and use a lot! Otherwise the tiles will not stick. The other reason for the 2 star is that the tiles are very thin and fragile. Just a note; the material and look is exactly the same as a Styrofoam cup. The overall results most likely are better on a flat ceiling as shown in the video. I used these in my 12'x12' bedroom so they are an improvement over the yellowing popcorn textured ceiling that was there back when I bought the house.
