Great Chair

This is a great chair, looks nice. I saw many reviews of people saying it took two people to put it together. I put it together by myself and it didn't take very long at all. Now would a second person helping me put the back on have made it easier....oh most definitely. But I balanced it on my knee just right and got it in. That whole independent woman thing you know lol. It looks really nice, it is comfortable. I do with that the recline wasn't knobs on both sides you turn; it is a pain. A lever or handle would have been much nicer, but oh well. Which is the reason for the loss of a star. I would buy it again. Great value for what I got.

Never again

As delivered this chair was impossible to assemble. Holes not tapped all the way or under sized. I have the tools and I am handy enough to remedy this but without that this chair simply would not have gone together. The fabric is OK but the recline device either slips a lot or you have to loosen two knobs to do any adjustment.

Disappointment

I was very disappointed. Assembly 'is' very difficult if you are putting together by yourself. Recommend having someone assist. The chair doesn't pivot smoothly. Very stiff. The seat is very low even for a shorty (5'3") like me. I raised it as high as I could and it is still too low. Instructions are pictograph only and appear to be misleading in STEPS.

Recliner Chair with vibration and ottoman

It was not the chair we went to our Macys to check out because that chair would not arrive for 4months! So we went online at Macys.com and found this similar chair at a fraction of the price and it arrived in 3 days. So happy with it and it was just the chair we needed.

Disappointed- fell apart.

This chair just fell apart - like the hinge gave way. I'm so disappointed. I bought two and they were super comfortable. I can't tell anyway if there is a warranty but I will update if I find out or they fix it. Update - I did call their customer service that is sending a replacement chair. So I updated from poor to fair.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable my new chair feels to me. All features work as advertised. The chair arrived in a very sturdy cardboard carton will all the parts for assembly. As others have noted, instructions require some interpretation but it is not hard.

Well worth the money

Bought this as a replacement chair for an old one that was falling apart. This was for my 75+ year old dad who has had a stroke and only has use of his right arm. He LOVES the massage feature. He uses it a lot after using his riding lawn mower to help with his sore back. Very much worth the money and was hundreds of dollars less than at our local furniture stores.

Comfortable

Long story short: does not adjust at all, but is extremely comfortable. Cheap, but still a good value.

Very comfortable in heat and vibe mode.

This went into my RV. While I was on a hunting trip, I went inside due to bad weather, hooked this baby up. It surpassed anything I have ever had on a hunting trip. The heat and vibrating modes are stinking awesome. Totally relaxed for the evening hunt.

Wish I had bought the chair years ago

Perfect chair. Reclines at many angles. You do have to manually adjust it by turning a knob to unlock and relock the position. I don't notice the heating feature at all. However, the chair is firm and comfortable. I bought it mainly due to back and neck issues. Strong lumbar support and plenty of cushion. The directions were confusing. Only some low-res pictures. Took about 1 hr to put together by myself. I also like that it rotates 360 degrees, and the foot rest is a nice bonus, though it is a bit lower than I would prefer. Overall, solid chair. It came in one very large box. Took two of us to move it.

Comfortable chair, worth the money

Bought two chairs for our travel trailer. One box was damaged very badly and there were no instructions to assemble in either box. Upon complaint they were very quick to make it right with us. Would be happy to recommend this company. The chairs themselves are very reasonably priced and comfortable.

Massage chair recliner

Appreciated the prompt, polite service i received and the chair is easy to assemble ,though would encourage that the instruction drawing be updated the illustrate better the fastener parts ,due to some were hard to recognize because the images of fastener placement were faint on sheet .

Very comfortable chair for the price, but instructions had an assembly mistake

Very comfortable chair for the money. But that's not why I bought it. I just wanted a comfortable chair, which it is for me. Chair comes unassembled in one big square box. So, if you can't handle IKEA style build yourself, gotta find someone who can. I am an IKEA master and I have a broken ankle and it took me about two hours..... Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

I did find installing the arm rests the most challenging as aligning the holes on the frame with the armrest piece took the most time for me. Care must be taken to assure you do not strip bolt holes so just take your time. I personally find the massage features to be annoying but they do work. I disconnected the foot rest and tucked the wires out of the way. All that said, I like my chair and recommend it to others.

Super comfy and practical!

Love this chair. Yes it just vibrates for the massage feature, but if you want a deep shiatsu-type of massager you're going to have to digg deeper in your pockets. For the price, this chair is super comfortable, classy, and versatile. I was looking for a recliner with a heat feature that would fit in a smaller living area that already has a sofa and love seat. This was the perfect choice. I put it together myself to surprise my hubby for his anniversary present. It was easy to assemble and he loves the heat feature. He's always cold in the winter and wants to crank up the heat. Now I dont have to suffer when he's cold and I'm not!

Very loud no heat

It doesn’t really massage as much as just rumble very very loudly. I never felt any heat whatsoever. The back is very hard to get right where you can actually move it back but it doesn’t just fall all the way when you’re sitting in it. Not impressed going to return.

The comfort!

I really like my new Recliner. It is so comfortable. Fits me perfectly! I would recommend this chair to those that like comfort and looks good as well. I do think that it is made for shorter people (like me) rather than someone tall because it sits low to the floor. I also think that the price was good too.

Great chair for the price

I read good reviews and since it is affordable I decided to give it a try. This chair is excellent. The assembly took a little longer than I anticipated and the instructions could be better,but hey: it done now I can enjoy it. Massage is better than the heat and the chair is super comfy.

Been using a while

For the most part, this is a good chair. I actually use it as a computer chair for gaming. The heat is great and the message is ok. It does help when I've been sitting a long time in tournaments. The one thing I had to do was replace all the bolts on the bottom swivel part because they kept on coming loose. I went down to the hardware store and replaced them with bolts that use sockets instead of hex bolts. I guess I wouldn't buy this again unless it was cheaper to compensate for the bolts.

My new ZEN spot @ home

Best ever purchase - SO Comfortable. Vibrating massage wave setting is outstanding, especially for the lower back. I believe the unit has an automatic timed shut off because the first time ! took it for a test drive I woke up 1 /12 hours later with the heat and massage off. LOVE IT. Great price too! Looks like a top of the line piece of furniture, not like a budget item. Outstanding.
