Zero support on flimsy seat

I experienced lower back pain within the first 10 minutes of sitting on this chair. The seat sinks in way too much causing pressure on my lower back. I'd expect this if the chair was 15-20 years old, not brand new. While there are many things I did like about the chair: lovely color, perfect height for short people, super wide seat, unfortunately I have to return it because the seat offers zero support. If you are considering buying the chair, keep in mind, the height of the seat you see in the photo is totally misleading, it's actually completely hallowed and has a thin pad with springs, which makes it super flimsy offering zero support.

Screws don’t match and it hard to put together

This chair was a gift to my niece who has been begging for mine, which is similar, for years. All I know is that she was excited and really loves this chair. I am happy that I found this chair after searching for years. It came in four colors. How about that!! I'm a happy camper Wayfair!!

Bought as an accent chair, but...

So comfortable and beautiful that I moved it to the living room instead of using it in the foyer. It is a large chair. So nice!

Beautiful. Sturdy. Perfect for my office refresh. It is very comfortable. Can easily be wiped with a cloth to maintain its beauty.

Very nice but after a while, the stitching comes loose on my chair! Not sure how long they last.

At your own risk

What a head ache. Read a review their order was missing both front legs but I still ordered it. I receive my white chair, guess what it’s missing front legs AND the several areas of chair the stitching wasn’t correctly done. After they received back took almost 2 weeks after calling several times to get my refund.

Beautiful and sturdy.

Bought three years ago for my office. Started out comfortable, now feels very hollow when you sit on it. Got gentle use.

NOT LEATHER

It’s a good looking chair but it is not leather like it advertises. If you are ok with a leather look alike, you will be pleased. The only reason I am giving it less than five is bc they said it was leather and that is why I ordered it.

Got a pair for my new clinic .. super study , I love it !

Although the box was damaged the product inside was Perfect! Just what I needed for my little seating area.
