This fountain is a winner, used it for our courtyard. Not super big but has a nice presence because it does have some height. Just love this and the peaceful sounds it brings to our outdoor space.

Broken pump

It came with a broken pump, and now we have to wait for 2-3 months to get a pump

Love this fountain. Nothing but compliments! Strangers stop to talk about it. I did purchase the spray to protect it from the sun and only use distilled water to avoid the mineral build-up that clogs and eventually makes the fountain stop working.

Really pleased with the look of this fountain. But highly disappointed in the sound. Wanted something that had a soothing sound to sit near my patio. Can’t hear a thing. Tried turning the pump up. Didn’t change the flow or the sound. The pump is too weak and the video misrepresents the sound.

I love this fountain! Perfect for a narrow space, and has a great, peaceful sound as well. Lots of positive comments from friends, you can't go wrong with this fountain!

It’s not working from day one and it’s leaking out from underneath. Light is also not brighter

GARBAGE!!!! The quality control for this product is horrible.

For the price this thing is pretty awful. Looks pretty fake up close.

I changed this review to 5 star because of the exceptional service I received from Grace Germata with Alpine. She made it so easy and is sending me a new fountain and told me to keep the old for spare parts. I was able to do it through Alpine’s chat customer service. Super easy. I was so impressed with how they handled this I ordered another Alpine fountain for my front courtyard. They stand behind their products!
