Love this fountain a lot! Looks very good on our porch. Grace Germata was superb at getting us a replacement part quickly. She was so very nice and kind. I would recommend this fountain and Alpine to anyone.

First one I received was damaged, second one in perfect condition. It’s beautiful and does a great job.

Very nice, didn't have the gold tint as shown in the photo, but was still very nice for outdoors. Will move it outside once it gets warmer. Update to my post, we moved the fountain outside, and it now looks even better.

I would rate this fountain 5 stars if it were larger, with a louder water flow. The water does not fall a great enough distance to illicit a louder, soothing tone. My bad. I should have paid closer attention. Thank you

started leaking in 2 weeks

The fountain worked fine for the first 3 weeks, then it seemed the water would splash so much that the fountain had to be filled every week. After examining the fountain, it seems that the first jug is a bit off center causing the water to splash no matter how slow we turned the fountain. Now there are white splash and water dripping all down the base and last 2 jugs...

I absolutely love this fountain, the running water duplicates, the sound of our waterfalls in our pool

I absolutely love the fountain. I placed it in my entrance foyer and turned the pump down just a little to limit the splash factor which allowed me to move my smaller fountain to my back patio. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend!

Its cute, but looks much smaller and plastic in person. It was very easy to put together, I just wish it looked more like stone and clay than fake fiberglass or plastic for the price.

A little too loud for indoors.

This is a beautiful fountain but we bought it for indoors and it is a bit too noisy for us. Would be great for outdoors i'm sure but if you are working with a small indoor space is likely too loud.

We did have problems at first with what looked like water leakage. There are no instructions as to how how or how many gallons of water should be put in the reservoir at the back of the fountain. We found that the water as it pumped was leaking down the cords, thus draining all over the deck under the fountain. We put all the wires up behind the top ball and that stopped the leakage. It does splash some but we keep the flow of water (which is adjustable) at a medium speed. It looks like the pictures.

It leaks. I've ordered a pan to put under it, as I have a balcony with neighbors underneath, so I can't have water dripping down. It's not water splashing out; it's water running down the side. I'm going to spray with flex seal and see if that helps.
