The bars are too low and they are not tight enough to stay in place. Nice look, but not functional.

Color and quality were not quite what I expected

Great towel rack with a good sturdy base. It was exactly what I was looking for!

The towel bars look as if they are Brushed Nickel but the base is just gray paint. The bars and the base don't even come close to matching so the whole thing looks cheap.

I am so thankful to find what I was looking for on Wayfair! This antique bronze color is not easy to find in a simple, sleek design. It was delivered fast, quick and easy to assemble, and looks great. I had no idea if I would like the concept of a freestanding towel holder but it is perfect for our zen themed bathroom. Recommend!

Screws that hold towel arms keep coming loose. Have to use thread lock to keep the arms right.

Excellent quality and design will not tip

Love this. Very sturdy and modern. Easy to assemble. Great solution for a bathroom with no wall space for towel racks.

Mismatched Parts

I was excited to receive the pedestal double towel rack, it was going to be perfect for my new spa like bathroom. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, the pedestal base came with two pieces that were completely different sizes and the holes wouldn’t match up to allow the installation of the double towel rack. I called Kingston brass customer service and was told there was nothing they could do that I simply had to return it to the store. Very poor customer service.

Sturdy enough to hold 2 damp bath sheets without tipping over. I purchased the brushed nickel and it looks great with my other brushed nickel fixtures.

Just what I was looking for. Didn’t want to drill into the walls. Bought one for all three bathrooms. They look great.
