It is a nice faucet, very well made, but the instructions for the pull up drain are poor. The ball pivot mechanism comes with a small ( about 1/8 depth) clear plastic washer that is not mentioned in the instructions but appears to be used to fit behind the ball when the back washer is tightened. But it will not connect to the threads if used. I finally gave up and discarded the part and the black nut went on, no leaks. Very poorly explained. Otherwise it looks and feels like a quality product.

Absolute junk!! Built a half million dollar house and within a year of use, every faucet looks like this. No chemicals at all have been used on these. Makes me sick how awful they look!
