This is the best safety latch in the market

Good Child Safe lock but don't use the screws.

Needed a lock to stop my child from opening the door and this installed really east and looks very clean. Thankfully my door has a big gap so I didn't need to modify my frame. Sadly the screws where JUNK, Two of the heads came off when installing No idea how to even get them out now... They broke even though I predrilled. One broke on the impact, maybe my fault so switched to the drill and that broke too.

Very difficult to use

I purchased this to replace the one I already have that was no longer working. I thought it was the same brand. I was wrong. This brand lock is very difficult to open and thicker then the one I had before which also made it difficult to open and close the door. Hopefully Home Depot will allow me to return without packaging.

We have a two year old grandson, who can unlock our dead bolts on our doors!! These work great, and no,way he can reach them or open them, even if he could.We have them on front and back doors and where easy to install and us.

Awesome Design!

Very good security for the door! In fact I left alll locks off and cannot budge the door with this in place. Awesome design and easy to operate. This Brushed Chrome looks much more white in picture than it is, I would've bought the Satin Nickel for a less colder look but still satisfied with this one. Definitely recommend. Btw when getting these 3" screws in use a drill/driver to make the job much easier.
