Spectacular!

Looks great! Customer service from metpure is second to none. I thought I had a problem with shipping so I called the contact number and it put me straight thru to customer service with no wait. I thought I didn’t get my package because the freight just showed it was delivered to my city but no house number or street address so I assumed it was just at the hub and never got to me. Customer service ended up getting the picture of where it was dropped off and sure enough we found out the contractor working on the house picked it up and put it under the sink. Thanks again metpure for quick response!

Excellent replacement Tap

I purchased this tap to replace the old air Gap faucet that came with the Rainfresh RO System we installed years ago it was a direct drop in replacement easy to install and the handy nut wrench made it a breeze to tighten. 5 Stars for sure!

works great, no leak

very easy to install. the product include every tool you need and makes everything easier. you might want to use plumber tape and wrap around the end of the tube so prevent any leaking, because there's a chance that the tube connection will leak.

Not exactly a drop-in replacement

This faucet comes with very short tubing, which in my case were not long enough to do a drop-in replacement of a RO faucet I had before, so I ended up reusing old tubing. Other than that, the faucet looks and works great.

Easy replacement for our Watts faucet that was a couple years old. Air gap noise is much quieter on this one than the original one that came with our RO system. Finished looks nice. Its only been a week but its working perfectly. Nice that it came with the wrench too.

It’s okay

Decent instructions with somewhat easy installation but the water pressure isn’t right. It’s an okay quality. I got this because it’s the only one I could find that looks like my Delta water faucet. It leaks from the air gap as well. I do not have a garbage disposal either so the videos I’ve found online aren’t helpful. Now I have a new faucet that I can’t use and my old faucet went out with the trash earlier this week.

Great Tap

This was to replace a tap that I had that was leaking. Unfortunately at first, this tap was leaking as well. But it was installer error and it is way better than the tap I had before. Thank you.

Attractive and appears well made

This faucet looks good and appears to be good quality. However, for some strange reason, it allows the constant sounds from the RO system to be easily heard even from several feet away. It is a continuous, low-pitched sputtering sound. We never had this problem before with our previous RO faucets so did not expect it with this one. The faucet manufacturer should determine why the system sound escapes and fix the problem. It is annoying to hear this noise. Also, we had stronger water flow from our previous faucets; I'm not sure if some of the air pressure in the tank escaped during the changeover or if the lower pressure is due to the faucet itself. In addition, we have a very tight space behind our sink, which made it very difficult for the plumber to install the faucet. The previous faucet had an anchor bolt attachment, which the plumber said would have made the installation much easier. The wrench provided definitely was helpful. Due to the difficulty and expense of installation, we will keep the faucet. If it were not for the sounds which escape, I would have given it 5 stars.

Very easy to install

I had to replace my old RO faucet and this one was one of the few that I found that was air-gapped and had the drain hookups. It was easy to install. I did not use the two hoses that came with it since I just needed to hook up to my existing hoses. The only downside to this faucet is that it is louder than my old one was when it is refilling the system.

It leaked around the tap. Returned it and ordered another.

Had to return the first one as it leaked around the tap. Re-ordered a new one and will be installing it tomorrow. If this one leaks I will be returning it again and will choose a different brand.

Yes it is what it says but for a whirlpool reverse osmosis the pick up line was to small, had to run to hardware store to get smaller fittings but it all worked out. Just takes longer to fill things 🫤. But the faucet itself is very nice looking and looks great with my new sink and faucet.

This Air gap fits my osmosis and meet the color of the other faucet. Good product
