Get what you pay for

It looks great for the price but the flexible spray nozzle leaks when the bathtub is filling with water. The valve knob supposed to turn only to bathroom tub faucet but it still slighly leaks to the flexible nozzle attachment. Water gets on my floor.

Wrong parts sent-- no customer service available

I purchased this item and the 3 jaw mount does not fit the water stand. I cannot install this item and it is holding my project up. I have called customer service number listed in other reiviews, left a voicemail, no call back. The next day-- voicemail box is full. Sent an email, no response. In the pictures of other reviews, it looks like they recieved the same parts so I have no idea how they are installing it.

[Rewarded Review] Great Contemporary Tub Filler!!

We got the Tub Filler as part of a complete Master Bath remodel project, and I am very happy with the quality, and straight forward installation! The brushed gold finish looks great, and goes perfectly with our shower valve even though they are from different manufacturers. One feature that really impressed me was that the tub filler swings out or the way after the tub is full, so you don't have to worry about hitting your head while bathing. The only risk is that one could mistakenly turn the fill on while intending to use the hand spray. Rest assured that my wife has been warned...... I have never installed a free standing tub filler, and was a bit nervous about what might be required. While the instructions are not terribly clear with dimensions being given in mm, and my tape measure being in inches, and some less than perfect English, I was able to succeed. I'm not a plumber, but I can, and have built most anything, so it was easy to figure out the install, even without clear directions. I'm very happy with the valve, and highly recommend it!

What an amazing faucet. Really attractive. Very heavy metal. The gold finishe really makes the room pop. The easy flow faucet is modern and easy to use. The flow of water is beautiful. The handheld wand is wonderful. Gives any bathroom a nice modern updated look. Matches almost any decor. Sturdy and build to last. Intermediate level for installation. Comes with easy follow instructions.

When I was looking in the pictures of this faucet it was not as impressIve as it is in reality. I like the quality and sturdiness of this product. Very well made. Smooth turning oh handle. Has very good floor stand that is covered with the provided cover plate. I definitely recommend this product.

[Rewarded Review] Greatest faucet i had ever used and assembled !

Wow, it's super easy to assemble and connect to the water lines. Heavy duty and well worth the money. Wife loves that it has a removable shower handle, which makes it easier to wash the dogs and the grand babies. The flow of the water id very relaxinh, better make sure tou dont doze off while filling the tub..haha

This tub facet is even better in person than in the online image. It is luxurious. The finish is beautiful and seems like it will be durable. The hand held feels solid in your hand. This will enhance any bathroom.

Nice, but cheap

I like the design of this product, but it arrived with a defective cartridge. The warranty does not provide contact information for Aquafaucet, but I found them online and reached out to them. They never replied. Home Depot does not have a replacement cartridge, and I have taken it to a few plumbing supply companies, and none of them carry it.

not sturdy

i would give 0 stars if i could

Paid to have a professional plumber install and the item has less water pressure than a sink. I could not even rinse light soap off my hands and i am confident it would take well over 2 hours to fill a tub. I contacted the manufacturer assuming it was a faulty item and they refused to help with replacing - so their customer service is as terrible as the product. Avoid having to pay a plumber multiple visits to reinstall new hardware and just don’t buy
