I was nervous after reading numerous reviews of leaky wands.

We love our faucet. The hand sprayer is really helpful when cleaning the tub of washing a kid or dog. It’s been installed almost two years and no problems so far. It also looks beautiful.

It was pretty however it does not come with a rough in valve. My plumber would not install it without a rough in valve so I ended up returning it. Make sure youre aware there is not rough in valve. The customer service person said it wasnt necessary to have a rough in valve.

The color is BRASS and not brushed gold as described. It’s a shame because I was excited to get a tub filler trim that is a fraction tf the price compared to other tub fillers. This color is way off and not even close. It’s clearly a manufacturing error.

I really like the design of this tub filler, the one thing I don’t love is that once installed its a bit wobbly its set but not fully fixed based on how its installed.

As expected. It was missing the hand held sprayer, but they shipped a replacement quickly. Easy install for the average handyman. Looks great and water pressure is good.

Beautiful and elegant. I think there are no complaints except be prepared to have the tub nearby. After closing tap, there are few drops still coming out and you want to ensure the tub is close to capture. This not just for this faucet but whatever you buy.

I am an architect and builder. I've used this faucet in the last several homes. It is very good quality. Clean lines. Timeless design. Will look great forever.

If I could give this zero starts I would. This faucet will not produce more than a teeny stream of water. not enough to fill up the tub for maybe a few DAYS. I contacted the manufacturer who took FOREVER to ever respond, couldn't talk to anyone on the phone because my case was already assigned to another customer service rep and he was out. When he was in he told me to quit emailing to check on it or I'd go to the bottom of the line. Then wanted to charge me for the replacement part which he told me I wouldn't be paying for. then would only accept paypal or a mailed check! Which he would then process when he got back in the office, or so I was told when I called to try to pay for it. The guys said he wouldn't be back for 5 days and even if I paid with paypal, he was the only one who could send it. Ridiculous customer service. I'm not bothering paying them any more money because who knows if it will work and I can't get help that isn't useless. I bought a different one after paying for this junk. Don't buy woodbridge products!!!!!

The handheld sprayer drips as hey do when shutting off that function. This is my first floor mount filler. I like the look of it, but not sure about the longevity of it. The plumbing comes up through the floor so once it’s in place that’s it.

Bought this to go with a fantastic soaking tub (also bought from Wayfair). When shopping I am so super picky about not only quality but style. The gold bath filler has to match the gold faucet and the gold mirror and you get the idea…

Love the look of the free standing faucet. I chose to go with the timeless brushed nickel and it looks great. Plumbing fixture of high quality too. I like having the wand to use to wash my dog in the tub too.

This is a nice quality faucet! It works perfectly with my free standing tub also purchased from Wayfair. I can’t speak to installation because we had a contractor do it, but it looks lovely and works great. The hand shower does hold water after turning off, so I usually just hold it upright over the tub to let it drip before putting it on the holder.

This faucet is so nice! I've waited to review until we moved in and used it for a few months. It's a great price, and have had no issues with it. Love the hand shower too. Just don't forget to move the dial back when finished using it because have sprayed my walls a few times! I highly recommend it!
