The style is very nice. I ended up returning the faucet because the quality was not where I expected it to be based on the price. The faucet was very light much flimsier that what I ended up installing. And the pull down faucet did not want to stay attached to the head. Both of these combined led me to select a more solid brand I've used before.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I have been looking for a faucet for my kitchen sink, which will be located in the center of my island. I had ordered a few different things from this site, but this was actually one of the first things to arrive. Once this is installed, I will definitely post a picture! I had been looking for a faucet that had the hose that came down, but I wanted my hot and cold water to be separate. I'm so excited to see how this looks. Can't wait to post a pic!

Leaky faucet hose, poor warranty service

Within a month of purchasing this faucet, the hose was leaking water where it connects to the faucet head. The pull down feature of the faucet would cause water to collect in the faucet itself, due to the leaking hose, and spill out underneath our sink. It was within the warranty period of the faucet hose so we contacted KRAUS. It was a lengthy process to get the replacement parts.

Beautiful kitchen faucet

I couldn't be happier than I am with this brushed gold Kraus bridge faucet assembly. I love the simple yet classic design, and am even happier that it is as functional as it is handsome. The spray nozzle operates smoothly, and delivers just the right amount of pressure with three settings. I'm looking forward to many years of service with this unit. Oh! I should mention that it arrived with a faulty washer, which left the hot water spigot unusable until it was replaced. After requesting my original receipt, Krause expedited shipment of the part, and I was happy to enjoy hot water in 5 days. My suggestion would be that replacement washers be included in the original box. They are itty-bitty and seem fragile.

Review on looks and initial quality

we are building a house so we have not installed and used the faucet yet. In my months long search for the right faucet, I didn't come across many reviews with pictures for black or ORB faucets. I wanted to share a pic of mine and give my initial reaction for all of you searching for a dark colored fixture. So here it goes:Upon opening the box I was happily surprised that the faucet looks even better in person somehow. it just really makes a statement that doesn't translate on screen. It's very large, perfect for our apron sink and feels quite solid and sturdy. The finish feels and looks to be good quality. The description calls this a transitional style and I'd have to agree. Our home is being designed with a mix of farmhouse, traditional (dare I say colonial even? ) with a sprinkling of modern. This fits the bill perfectly. I will update my records after it's been installed and I've had a chance to use it for a bit.
