Very bad customer service
I have written several times because one of the towel bars came without the mounting hardware. I have not yet heard back and it has been months. Please can someone respond to me? I have been unable to instal the towel bar.
Missing parts
RP70590 One of the towel bars was missing the mounting hardware. I have written build.com twice and have yet to hear back from them. Please get back to me as soon as possible, as we are in a mad rush to finish and moving in next week.
Nice looking towel bar
We got this towel bar to go with the Brizo faucets that the client loves. The design matches perfectly and the way they are assembled is nice, too. Definitely will use with other clients. The matte black is beautiful... I just worry about chipping. We shall see!
