This towel rack is missing a small screw inside the end piece which is needed to anchor it to eh screwed in base.

I ended up returning this towel rack. The metal was too thin and the unit was not the quality I desired. It is low cost and you get what you pay for. Build.com was very gracious and accepted the return. We later purchased a different towel rack and are very pleased with it.

30" wall mounted towel bar was an exact replacement for old bar which was 30+ years old. The clips were easily installed in previously drilled holes. Although light weight, the bar is sturdy, is held strongly in place and matches the tub and shower faucets. There were no instructions but the clips simply replaced the old ones. Excellent price.

As I've always been told, you get what you pay for. Item was not of the quality I expected; bar was very light weight.

As Expected

Item arrived as expected with all pieces. It looks great with the rest of our brushed nickel bathroom hardware. There were no cosmetic issues.

Kind of flimsy but it will do the job.

The towel bars are great. The shipping box was horrific. It really could have been packaged much better.
