Poor finish on faucet

After a couple of months, the finish on the top of the faucet started peeling. BWE is completely unresponsive. Very dissatisfied with this purchase and equally unhappy with BWE’s lack of accountability and customer service.

The initial installation was easy, but it took 2 different sized wrenches, not specified in the instructions (7/16 & 9/16)

Very pleased with this faucet

The faucet lives up to its advertised features. It arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I particularly love the LED feature – it adds a modern touch to the bathroom. Overall, I'm very pleased with this faucet and its performance.

Need another one

This product is impressively heavy and feels incredibly well-built. I purchased it for my mother-in-law, opting for what I believed to be a higher-grade option. Surprisingly, I didn't even realize it had LED lights until she called to inform me that it was lighting up. Considering its durability and quality construction, I'm confident it will hold up well over time, making it a worthwhile investment without a doubt. In fact, I'm so satisfied with it that I'm ordering another one today, albeit a slightly different style.

Overall Poor

I have had this installed in my house and while it looks very pretty, I am dissappointed. The light stopped working after a month. The connector piece on the right is so thin, after a few twists of the knob, it broke open and got water all over my vanity. I really like the way this product looks but I am not happy with the quality.

Love these, great look, unique touch

Homeowner here. We love these faucets in our master bathroom. Easy to install and adds an extra level of class to the room. The handles have a good resistance to them, and the LED light is not just a gimmick, it's helped me avoid burning myself or splashing my face with freezing cold water in the winter multiple times, one of my favorite features! The wide faucet and stream feels luxurious, although probably uses more water, but I think it's worth it for the upclass feel. 100% recommend these.

LEDs lack quality.Suport resources are nonexistent

I have 3 of these and the lights are no better than the instruction manual. Sink1: LEDs don’t work at all. Sink2: after about 30 seconds, the Red LED will turn on (no matter how hot or cold the water is). Sink 3: the Red LED stays on at all times regardless of how hot or cold the water is. With respect to the sink itself, it works just like sink should.
