Soft plastic...terrible!

I purchased and installed this product barely 2 years ago. After a few months, it began to drip ever so slowly. It's gotten progressively worse until I finally went to fix it today. I found it to be an impossible task. The entire inside of the handle assembly is soft plastic. There is no way to tighten the nut or replace the cartridge. I don't know about you...but I'm not up for buying a new faucet every couple of years. For the price, you would think the quality inside would be a lot better. Buy a better brand.

Worst Faucet Ever

WORST FAUCET EVER! Bought in Nov. 2022. Inside (plastic) housing cracked today (June 2023... 7 months later) and water ran back down the water line to under the sink and spilled out all over my kitchen floor.

Besides cutting a hole in the counter for the retractable faucet weight and hose, easy install. Our previous faucet didn't have this so it was scary to drill a hole in our counter but it worked out.

A very nice upgrade to our RV, the pull down faucet works perfectly and a very easy replacement. The Faucet looks very nice and of good quality.

Works well

The faucet works great and is a huge improvement over our old faucet. The reason for the 4 stars is that it feels very cheaply made, it's plastic and feels thin, I hope it holds up. For the price, I was expecting more quality feel to it. All in all though, I would recommend this.

Pretty, but defective

It's been a couple months since I purchased this faucet, but it is finally installed. It looks really nice, but the mechanism to switch from spray to stream does not work. I'll have to see if the manufacturer will send a replacement part.

Great value. Beautiful addition to my kitchen

I loved the faucet. It is amazingly well made and very attractive in the kitchen. Having the spray part of the basic faucet makes it so easy to use. Love it a lot.

Valterra Phoenix 2-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet

We throughly enjoy having the pull down handle! It makes washing quicker and the water stream settings make it easier also for more direct washing. The downsides are that the base attachment to the sink is not as stable as we had hoped. It moves easily, but not with regular use. The handles also are not as secure as we had hoped there is some movement past the off position. We couldnt get the hose weight to work properly so we dont use it so our hose doesnt retract automatically. We are full timers so we were wanting something to last and of high quality. We do not know if either are true at this time, but it definitely is an upgrade we are glad we made!

So far, so good!

We just installed yesterday. I don't know the specifics for but we needed to buy sink lines to finish installing it in our 2001 Sunnybrook because it wouldn't mate with what we had. No more leaky faucet and now I can wash big pots!
