Just installed faucet opinion

I like the style. I appreciate that the option of not having a soap dispenser and having a separate sprayer not attached to the faucet is available. I do think that giving a review soon after purchasing, and not long after installation, is premature. Try a survey a year, five years, after installation to check on durability.

Broke after 3 years

Bought 3 years ago Everything was fine with it until one day just stopped working , I really loved the faucet until it just quit working , I’ve been corresponding with moen customer service , I really hope they do the right thing and send me a new faucet

Wish I would have chosen a different faucet

I like the black matte finish. However, next time I will choose a faucet where the neck comes out further forward. Even with water turned on a little bit, water splashes behind the faucet, so I have to clean up the water constantly. Turning the faucet on regularly makes an even bigger mess.

Sprayer handle sticks

We haven't even had this faucet for a year, and the sprayer handle is already sticking. My kids think it's hilarious when I turn the faucet one and get sprayed by the stuck sprayer, but I would much rather have a working sprayer.

Cheaply made.

Almost 2 years ago, i bought this for the kitchen. Install was simple and straight forward. it does look great and worked fine for about a year and a half. I have had to empty out all the storage under the sink and retighten the nuts that secure the faucet to the sink. The sprayer broke this summer. The lever will stick and stay on. Sometimes its on for a couple seconds after you let go and sometimes it continues to spray for almost a minute. Now Moen doesnt offer replacement parts for the flat black. My next step is to replace the faucet completely and never use a moen again. 200 bucks down the drain

The Bayhill Kitchen sink in matte black is not a pulldown faucet. I already knew that when I purchased. It looks really good with our black sink. I took one star off because, out of the box, the handle leaked where it meets the faucet. This is a known issue since it is in the FAQs. Where is the quality assurance? Customer support was good and sent out a new cartridge right away under warranty. But I would not buy it directly from Moen. Because, unless the major store I bought it from has "fake" Moen faucets, the Bayhill is MUCH cheaper that what Moen wants on its website. Hopefully I don't end up having the side sprayer issues other people are having. If I do, this review would go down to two stars.

Beautiful and comes with sprayer!

We have a deep sink which helps with the splash since the faucet is so high. But it's a breeze to rinse out crock pots or casserole dishes...love it!
