Ceiling light

I love the look of this light, in fact I ordered 2 of them. I put them in my hallway. They give a beautiful look with soft lighting. I am sure they would also look great in a any room. However, the glass light diffusers of both lights arrived broken. The Houzz representative was very helpful in resolving the issue. She contacted me everyday with an update. In addition, the one part was welded slightly bent which made the diffuser look crooked. I am sure the supplier would have replaced this but I already paid to have it installed. The electrician was able to adjust the attachment to the ceiling to compensate. I did order 2 other Calare Pendant lights and they were fine. I was very pleased with their quality and appearance. I love them over the counter.

Simple beautiful transitional lighting

Absolutely gorgeous

This fixture is absolutely gorgeous - beautiful expensive fabric exterior and a real frosted glass bottom.....not a cheap plastic piece. The one thing to know about this fixture is that it has a seam on one side and so you want to put it in a space where perhaps that one seam could face a hallway wall, etc. That makes it a little trickier to hang because you can only turn the shade 120 degrees at a time. It doesn't just turn at will, like a regular lamp shade. That is because of how it is affixed to the ceiling to hold it properly and securely.
