Big fan of this shower head. We all love the 3 different spray features and the external filter which is a lot easier to change than our old shower head filter. The pressure is great.

It is not too hard to install. There is a small cap inside the filter that you have to remove. It is not shown in any of the guides and it won't work if you don't take it out. It also has less water pressure when using all the holes than a normal one. The other two sprays are great. A shame with the total spray. As for the filtering, it removes all the chemicals. I live in Florida where water is pretty much a chemical waste product.

Worst shower head I have purchased to-date. Water pressure sucks, the mist mode is worthless, and the coverage is sporadic. A complete waste of money IMO.

I love these filtered shower heads. The water feels lovely.

Leaks and low pressure

From the beginning, the area where the filter connects leaked with a slow drip. It never got better, even after reviewing different forums and videos online. The pressure is also pretty poor.

Such a shame that such a great looking product comes with a horrible filter. I’m the only person that uses the shower for 5-7 minutes a day. After 3 weeks the water pressure is to a trickle and I’m forced to buy a new $38 filter. DO NOT BUY this shower head unless you don’t mind paying around $500 a year for filters. Or more if more than one person takes a shower or one person takes longer than 5-7 minutes showers. I wish Kohler would fix the filter issue. Please fix it!!

This was easy to install and puts out better than my prior water pick style adjustable showerhead. Only downfall is no sprayer to wash down shower walls.

I was a little on the fence about the system and paying the price, but it was definitely worth it! I love this shower head. Easy to install and the different settings are a good variety. I also have hard water, so the filtration has already shown a noticeable difference to my hair (not so oily) and skin (hydrated and not as dry). Plus my shower has also seemed better with less building up on the tub and walls.
