At first the faucet was great but a couple months in the sprayer started to leak and it's just gotten worse. I've tried to contact the company/home depot and have gotten no response. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service.

This faucet seems reasonably well made with most components that feel sturdy enough and to hold up over time. I don’t love the technology used in the pull-out sprayer — a hose that installs under the sink with a weight to retract it. These seem to have a limited life span. Good enough for the money.

Had plumber install, so can’t speak to the ease of installation, but this faucet is aesthetically AND functionally fabulous!Just the right size & style for this smaller, open kitchen. Easy function, quick response for change of spray and convenient (non-magnetic!) head mount.Winner!

Overall build of the product is good, sturdy, and functions well. The only down side I can see is the lever switch which is plastic and will probably wear out over time from switching the nozzle spray from solid to spray. It seems kind of cheap and I foresee it breaking with constant use.

This is a beautiful, modern kitchen faucet at an excellent price compared to what I could find in stock at all local stores. It was worth the wait for it to ship because of its great looks and it just the right size. Much better than I expected.
