Diverter Has Never Worked
I agree with the last reviewer. The taps themselves are attractive but the diverter has never worked properly. We also purchased this in 2019 for a vacation rental and I'm so tired of having to explain to guests that the diverter does not actually work that I have decided to have a plumber remove it and cap it.
Ordered twice and was told this brand Roman tub faucet cannot be installed in CA. WHY SELL A PRODUCT IN CA THAT CANNOT MEET BUILDING CODE????

Beautiful but poor mechanics
This is a pretty tub faucet system. However, the diverter has never operated correctly, nearly impossible to slide the diverter lever to change water flow. Yesterday it simply broke off while trying to move it. Very bad construction, we are extremely disappointed & don't know where to turn. This is installed in our vacation home & is rarely used.
Lever to actuate diverter locked up after very few uses. Unable to now take apart so a nightmare
