[Rewarded Review] Beautiful looking waterfall faucet

It arrived packed very well in a thick protective foam box. The only thing I didn’t like, the instructions were very hard to follow. It was one sheet and the instructions didn’t explain the steps good. I connected the water lines to my pipes first then realized I had to disconnect them to connect them to the faucet part first. Then for some reason my hot water was dribbling out. I took the hose off again and reconnected. Then it finally worked right. The drain instructions were also one separate paper. I didn’t understand about the overflow hole instructions. I installed it anyway. My sink doesn’t have an overflow hole. It seems to be ok. To use , you just push it down to stop and then push it in again to pop back up and drain. Now it is fully functioning and it looks beautiful. It has a nice black finish. I’ve been wiping off any water marks as soon as I’m done. It has a very modern look to it and the water comes out like a waterfall.

[Rewarded Review] Well Designed

Loving the matte finish, seems well applied and I wouldn't suspect it would wear. The action of the handle feels really smooth. Design is nice, simple and the the waterfall spout is a nice touch. Install is as expected, nothing new there. I like that it came with steel braided feed lines, looks nice and is strong. It's pretty tall for my taste and it's going on a tiny sink which makes it look even taller. I was hoping you could remove the base plate but it doesn't seem to allow for that. All in all, it seems like a decent option.

The water splashes a lot even though my sink is deep. The waterfall is too big and because of the way the water flows, it creates a lot of mess. Meaning water everywhere. It is not because of the power of the water falling either. It seems like a manufactured defect .

So far so good. I've read a lot of reviews and this one seems to be avoiding the pitfalls of all the other options that are twice the cost.

This faucet is gorgeous . However it did not work for me it was too tall and the spigot was too wide to fit the depth of my sink causing splattering. I had to return for that reason only.

Outstanding product and Customer Support

We purchased this BWE CHROME FAUCET in September 2022. Since the flow had diminished, I researched and discovered that as I. Have an on demand water heater that was restricting the flow. I removed the water saver and screen WHAT A DIFFERENCE! In removing a part, I damaged a dress ring near tge handle, upon bringing this to the attention of their rep, they are graciously sending a replacement NO CHARGE! Great performance of tge faucet now and FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We purchased the black faucet. It took a bit of work to get the water flow correct, it was too powerful and splashed everywhere. Once we figured it out it was great. Until- the faucet chipped. The black chipped off the edge after only 4 months of occasional use (it is in a guest bathroom). I would not recommend.

Not everything you need if you don't have overflow

Overall a very nice faucet. The directions that come with it aren't great, but the video on HD's site helps. Good to know, but not listed in the specs, is that the pop up drain kit that comes with it is only for sinks with overflows. If you don't have an overflow, you have to buy a separate drain kit even though the directions in box show both with and without overflows. I've never installed a faucet before and was able to manage this one.

I love my new faucet, so much that I ordered another one for my other bathroom sink. Water pours from it just like I thought it would, and it looks great. The only thing that made me drop it a star was the pop-up drain assembly. The included plasticy washers just didn't seal well against my sink, and the plastic seal on the pop-up assembly isn't completely water-tight (it'll hold water long enough to shave or wash your face, but not for an extended period of time.) Furthermore the nut that tightens up the drain assembly was very loose on the threads and wouldn't allow you to tighten it up much at all before it starts jumping threads. I actually wound up buying a different drain assembly for the first faucet that had a rubber washer for the bottom seal, and used plumber's putty for the upper seal. When I bought the second faucet I bought the one that didn't include a drain assembly at all, and decided to try the original drain assembly again. I used a rubber washer, the plumbers putty and the nut from my old drain assembly and I managed to get it tight and leak free. One other minor quibble is the chrome piece that cover the 2 unused holes in the sink shows water spots easily, but they wipe off easily so not a big problem, plus I plan on changing the sink basins as well and will just get a single hole sink.

I love this faucet, but for some reason it kept leaking and i couldn't figure out what the problem was until I did some research and found out that home depot fails tell you that they only sell overflow faucets, and the sink that i got from is non overflow, which means you have to pay extra for a non overflow tail pipe. why they would do that and tell you about, don't know. But beware of this. Other then that the faucet is great and I love it.
