The Homacer Brushed Nickel Barn Door hanging kit is easy to install and looks great. The spoked wheel rollers glide smoothly on the track with very little effort. The bottom door guide installs in in a channel that you must cut in the bottom of the door. It is a bit of work but once finished is nearly invisible and keeps the bottom of the door perfectly aligned. We got this for our guest bedroom that is receiving a makeover. The rolling barn door was a great addition and the stainless steel oversized hangers match the rest of our fixtures. Overall a great produce at an affordable price.

My install can be described as non-standard. Not that the install instructions hint at what standard is, so I'll say the use of a 1.5 inch thick door. Mine was only 1 inch thick so it required the addition of spacers to use the bolts provided. It also came with the lag bolts for mounting the rail. Install is pretty straight forward but read the directions to get the measurements correct. The whole system is quite sturdy and the synthetic wheels give a smooth, almost quiet roll to the door. More than for decorative effect this was the only solution for this door into my garage. When it was done I attached a weighted cord to one roller bracket and looped it over another roller (sold separately) mounted towards the end of the rail to create an automatic closer.
