Doesn't come with the mount, despite being shown as part of the package. Pretty useless without it.

Missing Part

I ordered the shower head and the arm - which were sold separately - but a third piece is needed to attach the shower head to the arm. Based on the picture, it looked like it was part of the shower head. And nowhere on the website was this third piece offered for sale. I can't find that part anywhere and Home Depot doesn't sell it. If I don't find it soon - I will just return it. What's annoying is my husband took the old shower head and arm down. Put the new shower head up only to realize he was missing that one crucial piece. Why would a company sell 2 parts of a 3 part system? :(. Not happy!

Very happy with the spray & it is nice looking. It is a high quality shower wand made of brass & not plastic like most. You just have to be careful that you don’t drop it as it is heavy.
