Functions well. Only downside is needing to constantly clean the hose where it curves and it easily retains mildew and mold.

Perfect. Matches other champagne bronze items from Delta flawlessly. Install was easy and while I’ve had trouble installing some items on a textured tile wall - this wasn’t an issue at all.

No return policy hypocrites

It is funny to me that I wanted to return this and the other parts to go with it, but could not because it was all sold together as a system. YET I get separate reviews for each part because they are all individually boxed bc they are also sold separately! I will not use Ferguson/Build.com again and I have another bathroom to do. Now I am stuck with gold handle shower hose that I cant use bc the plumbing required more room than my tiny shower had. I guess the customer is not right and to be stuck to!

Long term issues with Vero hand shower

I have had this shower system in Brilliance Stainless, (hand shower with slide bar, and rain shower for almost 10 years. Love the design, but almost exclusively use the mounted hand shower. Over time the supply hose has become pinched due to close fit to the wall. Is there some angled fitting that can be used with hand shower when using the wall mount? Or do I just replace the hose?

The way it works is excellent, convenient. But the coating is terrible, all the drops show, when the tap dries on it, everything is visible, and we rub it very hard so that all the stains go away. And this is a problem with almost all Delta plumbing fixtures. I will never buy a Delta again. And the wayfair seller is not conscientious. I returned the item, they said they received an empty box, did not refund me for the returned item, and want more of what it would have been, and I refunded the day for the returned item earlier. Its outrageous! They have been trying to withdraw a decent amount from my bank account for 2 months now! At the same time, they do not call back to solve the problem and do not respond to my letters. But a simple manager does not have access to my account, apparently they blocked it!
