Lousy product and terrible customer service.

Item arrived without the wooden handles, which was the entire purpose of buying that specific faucet. When I called about the missing handles, the seller blamed the misrepresentation on Walmart's site. When I pointed that on their own website, they advertise the same model number faucet with wood handles, they still would not send me the missing handles. They then attempted to say that the handles needed to purchased separately. The entire transaction was a complete JOKE and customer service WAS NONE EXISTENT! Will never buy from again.

After 2 years it started leaking as in a stream of water due to the valve. My handyman said it needed to be replaced. I don’t recommend buying this. My plumber says stick with delta.

Love the look of this faucet!! Bought it for our half bath and now I want to put this same faucet in our master bath as well! The pop of the white handles against the black looks great and I really like the vintage vibe.

This faucet was exactly what I wanted. It is well made and very vintage looking. No leaks or installation issues. Very happy with this.

Very nice, especially if you like cross handles and separate water line selections. I might have wished for a slighter higher nozzle design, but it seems to work fine and was easy to install.

I purchased this faucet set in polished brass for a small bathroom sink in a Victorian home. Good quality. Easy installation. Looks appropriate for an old house and has retained its shine.

It ıs such a pretty bathroom faucet, easy to install and perfect for small bathroom . Very retro and trendy piece. I got for my daughter and she loved it. Good quality, nice looking and it doesn’t mater how small it is, definitely statement piece ! I highly recommend it .

Arrived Broken

Kingston Brass usually satisfies what I need for plumbing, however this arrived in a perfectly intact box with the white part of the handle broken and a piece of it off. I gather than someone actually boxed it up and shipped it this way since the condition of the box it arrived in and the box the faucet was in were in perfect condition. Thankfully, it was a returnable item here on Overstock and the returns process is easy.

Immediately after installation the faucet would vibrate at certain flows of hot water. I am familiar with this occurring on the old fashion washer type faucets but cannot figure out why a washerless type would do this. Since it would of required the cost of a union plumber and nor temporary replacement I did not attempt to return it.

Smooth operation, classic styling, and a robust feel make this a very nice replacement too a worn out bathroom, or with the pop up drain assembly these are great for a remodel (I bought them because my mother's side in their bathroom is missing the drain stop). Kingston brass seldom disappoints us as being a solid value brand, and always worth the money. This is the first time I've bought faucets from them, but Kingston brass is my go to for bathroom hardware.

Gorgeous bronze faucets

It took awhile to get the faucets but pleasantly surprised when finally arrived. They were packaged well and nothing missing. Just got them put in as we had medical issues first. The dark bronze is beautiful and really stands out. The handles are easy to move. Very satisfied.

The faucet itself is great, installation went well, no problems. But the drain and drain control lever have a somewhat different finish from the faucet and handles. They have a distinct reddish hue, almost copper. Not sure what happened there but I’ll live with it. Not inclined to remove and reinstall a replacement.

Beautiful bronze color. I purchased the faucet, tub drain w/overflow, and tub and shower faucet to update a young man's bathroom. These faucets add a great look to the bathroom.
