Looks great and works well!
We were looking to upgrade our builder grade bathroom faucets and these were perfect. They are beautiful and feel nice and heavy . They definitely feel well made. They instantly added personality to our bathrooms.

Small!
It is so miniature! Can't tell from the picture but the all the pieces are just small. The bells under the handles are only 1.5 in in diameter. This replaces an older similar faucet that was much larger overall, so maybe I would not mind if I wasn't comparing.

Challenging installation instructions
Installation instructions were poor. We tried to install it ourselves, then called a plumber, and our plumber couldn’t figure it out. Called and emailed customer service and discovered they included extra parts which were not needed for installation (which was causing confusion). Once installed it has worked fine. One of the only faucets we could find that would match up with the holes on our vintage sink.
Looks great in our farm house bathroom! Love it
