OK, I was concerned about buying these due to the color in their photos. It looked more like a brushed chrome finish, but it's not. These are the same shiny chrome as the other hardware in this line. Mirror finish. Pros: * Sturdy, & feel weighty in your hand. * Looks nice, with the polished chrome, & I like the style, with the rounded hook. * Rounded hook doesn't poke holes in your clothes or towels. * Extended from the wall, so wet towels aren't touching the wall. Love that! * 2 items can be on it at once, if using for clothing hooks. * Easy install, comes with all you need to install into sheet rock or studs. Cons: * It's a a bit fiddly getting that set screw in there. A wider thread would go a long way to making them easier to install. Why they used such a fine thread that requires so many turns is beyond me, but they all do it. Sigh. Overall: It's plenty large enough to hold my giant towels, and I like the looks of it. Price is about what you'd expect, or even a bit better. I mounted into studs, and they're solid as a rock.

Get ready to put the biggest holes in your walls for these and then to rip your walls apart. They call for 5/8 drill bit, and that is the wrong size. Then they dont even mount right. I recommend using different anchors than the ones they provide.

Love these hooks we purchased. We wanted hooks instead of towel bars in the bathroom in our newly built home. I found these to match the roundness in the other Moen builder grade set already installed. I like this style much better than the matching ones I could have purchased (price difference was $7 per item). It was well worth the extra $21 investment (purchased 3 total). These are super sturdy and nice, easy to line up and level and Im just super happy with the overall look and quality.

Was looking for a different robe hook to match up with a bath remodel that used Moen Sage collection, but no one seems to like the little single hooks that are part of it. This blended well enough, color and texture are very close if not the same, and there is a second hook for additional items etc.

Nice product. The curved lower hook is great for hanging a robe or towel as it spreads the point of contact over a wider area so it doesn't produce a small stretched point in the back of the robe. I bought one for my upstairs bath and liked it so much I purchased another for my basement bath. One minor negative (very minor) point is that it is a bit awkward to install. If you screw the back plate to the wall too tightly, the main body cannot be attached as there isn't enough clearance for it to hook over the back plate. Just loosen the screws on the back plate a quarter turn and try again. Also, the position of the inset screw is a bit awkward to access and turn, but you only mount it once and you never have to touch it again.

Nice look that blends with any style. My bathroom hardware is a mishmash of contemporary and traditional and these hooks fit right in. Theres lots of room for hanging towels and robes which is what I was looking for - Command hooks were not cutting it...one fell taking a strip of paint with it and these covered the spot nicely. The studs in our bathroom are metal so I couldnt anchor these that way and was worried that the included drywall anchors wouldnt be sturdy. But the whole installation process was easy (even without the correct drill bit size) and so far so good after a week - the plugs are in there good and theres no jiggling. Very happy with overall value at $10 a piece.

These look great and match the rest of the Moen Vale accessories. However, these stick out 3 1/2" from the door vs. 1" for other styles. Make sure it won't bash a hole in the wall when you open the door!

Great Hook!

We purchased 4 of these in chrome for our children's bathroom to hang towels...loved them so much we decided to forego a towel bar in our master and put 3 in there as well. I would not use the hardware included to hang...go ahead and spend the extra time to use sheetrock anchors if you are not screwing into blocking.

[Rewarded Review] Love the Double Hook

We bought this for one bathroom and ended up putting in all of our bathrooms. It is a great size, sturdy and solid and deep enough to hold multiple towels. I gave it 4 stars vs. 5 because the anchors it comes with are cheap. I would suggest installing with actual sheetrock anchors if you are not mounting on blocking.

Functional AND Looks Great!

Unlike many other hooks the design on this one is such that when you hang something on it, it stays! Especially on the bottom one it's nice so you don't have to overload a hook when you use two towels like most girls do.

Vale Robe hook

I love the look of the Vale style. I purchased two robe hooks, a towel bar, the toilet paper holder, and a ring towel holder. It's a great look.

The Vale collection in chrome was perfect for a vintage bath remodel I did recently. Classic yet a little different from everything else out there. Love the shape and lines. Feels very solid- Moen is great.
