Do not buy

We have received three of these from Build. None of them had the plate behind the handle. And none of them had the tub spout. Not as pictured.

It arrived and half the pieces are not with it, not even in a box and no instructions(which we don't need since a plumber will be doing! I've contacted houzz and still no answer to correct this product.

No, it was horrible. The setting on the valve was way too cold for the water temperature. When I reached out to Anzzi for assistance they told me I need a new cartridge. The shower faucet is BRAND NEW!!! It’s never been used. If the tile wasn’t already installed on the wall I would return the faucet. Sorry but I would never buy another Anzzi product again because I had a different issue with the sink faucet as well.

Its hard to review this since when it was installed 2 small pieces broke off so I have not been able to use it. The fixtures look great in brushed nickel.

Bought two units; Brushed Nickle & Bronze, one for each bath. Happy with quality & look of product; both the valve and the outside construction seem very sturdy. Am a little disappointed in functionality though. The spout; has a wide opening without a aerator so water just pours out full blast. The shower head is nice in size, not too small or large but the water pressure is minimal. If you like strong, pressure water flow-you won't get it with this unit. But, my biggest disappointment is the fact that there is no water volume control. It's either water ON or OFF. I feel that the description of this unit should have been a LOT more clearer. And reviews posted were confusing and contradicting. Several folks claimed you could regulate the amount of water that comes out at once - this is NOT true. So be ware....I did a ton of research before buying & decided on thees units because I believed they offered water flow control - well, that turned out to be completely false. Very disappointed...

Leaky Faucet - ANZZI SH-AZ034

Nice product. I installed today and during the first test the faucet leaked out the backside a little. I activated the shower and the faucet leaked even more. I removed the faucet and the o-rings all appeared ok. I re-installed and gave it another turn to ensure the faucet was seated. The leaking continued - no worse but no better. I'm currently on the ANZZI website with an active chat however, no one is responding. The chat says I'm talking to "Norkaa" however, after five minutes he/she has yet to type anything.

This set is gorgeous and very well made. I give it 5 stars for the spout and handle. This brand is of European styling and function appears to be slightly different than most which is where I dropped the stars. Water temp is opposite, and valve can’t not tolerate strong water pressure.

Bought this ages ago but because I was on the road for a year or so, I just had it put in. I love it! It works really well in the newly renovated and redecorated hall bathroom. It is solid and perfect! Haven't had guest yet to use it. But will update my review once that had happened.

This is not installed yet - so I'm reviewing it based solely on it's obvious quality. It's seriously beautifully made, finish excellent, very heavy and substantial. Comparing it to some of the bigger names - this wins, for the price. If I have problems with the install, I'll change my review.

QUALITY PURCHASE!

Easy install with provided instructions. GREAT quality product. Have it for a month now & no issues. Goes well with white subway surround. Only took 1 star off for not having the overflow & drain trim included w/ price. Had to find trim on darker side of brushed nickel to match handle, shower head & spout. Otherwise VERY SATISFIED!! Will buy again for 2nd shower/bath.

[Rewarded Review] Mesto Series Single Handle Wall Faucet Set and Showerhead in Brushed Nickel

The value in this Anzzi Mesto Series is obvious as you look at this set, even the packaging has a designer look. The brushed nickel finish varies slightly, a little darker, less yellow but compliments all the other fixtures in my bathroom. I especially love the single lever handle control, it has the nostalgic look from my childhood. The single lever handle style works in a contemporary décor as well as a modern décor, it offers easy control of water flow and temperature. The showerhead has the flow of heavy rain while giving you a full body relaxing shower and a bonus of two additional sprays. Instructions were easy to read and thorough but a little too advanced for my DIY skills. The set is all metal, advertised Rhino Alloy certified lead-free solid brass with rust resistant finish. All quality and comes with a lifetime warranty.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful Finish

Until recently I had never heard of Anzzi, but with the products I've seen so far, I expect this brand to become very popular. This Mesto Series Showerhead and Bath Faucet Set is top notch. Packaging doesn't make a product but it gives that first impression. This faucet set comes in a nice black box with the Anzzi name on the front. Once opened, everything is very well packaged and presented. I looked over all the parts and was very impressed. The valve is solid brass and looks like it will last a lifetime. Apparently Anzzi agrees, hence the lifetime warranty. I don't know exactly what process Anzzi uses, but the brushed nickel finish on this set is flawless. I've owned many different brands and have never come across a nicer finish.

[Rewarded Review] very well made

was surprised by the weight of the item when it arrived, that alone told me it was a quality product. The finish was wonderful, all the pieces have a heft to them, no cheap plastic stuff in this unit. Directions were easy to follow and the entire unit was easy to install. The look of the unit enhanced the bathroom redo, definitely made it look like it cost us much more than it did. Shower head also had more features than I had anticipated.

I am very pleased with this tub and shower faucet overall. This is the second faucet that I have used from this company. Both items seem to be made of very high quality components and the finish is very nice too. There seems to be different shades of brushed nickel depending on which manufacturer you are using. This manufacturer leans toward a darker brushed nickel.
