Incomprehensible instructions ,so frustrating,ridiculous anchors that didnt open up,had to buy new anchors ,hoping they work-

Can't speak to the quality of the holder itself because Im too busy replacing the trash anchors which snapped off into my wall. These metal molly anchors are TERRIBLE. I've installed many towel/paper holders in my house and never had this problem. Don't waste your time with this product. If you decide to gamble with this junk, don't use the provided anchors. Gatco fine bathware? Quality endures? Lies. Cheapest possible quality.

Not very good

Bought the whole assembly for the entire house. After a short time all the TP holders began to sag. And one of them is completely rusted. Would not buy again.

Install is just like any other similar product, relatively straight forward. The difference is that the anchor bolts provided are metal hollow wall anchors (much better quality) than the plastic drywall anchors typical with other similar products.

Nice basic toilet paper holder. Easy to install and good quality. Happy with purchase.

Nice looking sturdy holder

The product was not a problem but when I opened the box the mounting hardware was missing so I had to go back to the store and replace the item.

I installed this today, and I hope it stays in the wall! The instructions told me to insert the molllies in the wall and use the “red key” to open the anchors. There was no red key and the pictures were not helpful.

I have for 99% of the time always been able to find what I wanted for job’s when I owned a plumbing and electrical co.It’s definitely my go to place!!!

Useless instructions

The instructions include 2 different products because the company is too lazy to print separate ones and there’s no indication which is for this product. One calls for a 5/16” drill bit, the other for a 9/32” drill bit, the latter of which seems to be the one for this product (despite the picture suggesting the first), but does not come with any standard drill bit set. Those are both huge holes to be drilling into a wooden cabinet and ultimately I gave up and just used some wood screws.

The item was average on the installation, but the toilet paper rubs on the unit making it hard to get the paper off of the roll.

I bought this before and it is not made very well. But the holes were already there so bought replacement

I love the look of this TP holder. Unfortunately, mounting it was not good. It has a slight wobble that you just can’t get out of it. I can’t recommend.

I needed sturdy and stylish. This fits the bill. Easy to install!
