The spout by itself is great, easy to install, and no issues. However that does not apply to the ring that came with it as that part was damaged and did not include insulation/cushioning. It may be hard to see in rhe photo but it has two dents and a nick. Fortunately I purchased a seperate remodel ring as other had which was not damaged and had the foam insulation pad. Poor quality control!

Easy to install and operate. Get a small tube of silicon grease and make sure the copper pipe is long enough and clean before installing. Needed a long necked unit to clear the edge of our built in tub. Mechanism is very easy to operate with no stress on the fixture. Has a backer plate ring with it.

We bought a big soaker tub and the spout that came with our Delta set didn't reach out far enough to fill the tub without filling the overflow drain as well. Found this and thought worse case we could return it but I am impressed. It is perfect. Now mind you, it is long and after years of a normal sized spout it causes you to look twice. Very high quality and our plumber was impressed that everything he needed was with it.

Easy to install. This was a replacement for the same spout that got spoiled calcified because of the hard AZ water. It works like it's supposed to, and now that I have a whole house water treatment system, I'm expecting it to last as long as they're supposed to.

Searched the web with no luck but finally eFaucets gave me a solution to the 8" long tub/whirlpool faucet I needed! In my budget and that would work with the existing spray. As well as in a very clean design!
