This is a very nice product. Slim design, love the flat bars. Fits easily behind our bathroom door and plugs into the nearby outlet. Heated towel bars dry your towels and keep them from getting mildew. They are warm for when you out of the tub/shower, but we like them most for how they help our towels dry out quickly. We can fit two large bath towels on the bars and both will get nice and dry. The bars seem just the right temperature. Shipping was quick too.

Added to a new renovation, mounted well, wires are hidden in frame, you can use the plug provided, or snip it off like we did and mounted direct to power behind the wall

Very good quality, especially for the price. Out of all ladder racks out there, this one matches our existing bath faucets and bath accessories the best. Bars get really hot, however, since they heat up pretty quick, we just turn the hidden switch on when we get up if we are going to shower that day. . Suggest incorporating an automatic cut-off, say after a couple hours, to save energy. . Ordering was a breeze, descriptions right-on and delivery prompt and exactly as stated.

Product is very good quality for the price. It looks nice hanging on the wall and it heats well. After using it for awhile, I have decided that a towel warmer with a timer would be worth the extra money.

This is a great product! It didn’t work for my home because it took up too much wall (better than most out there) Space and I didn’t like wires hanging down to plug in. It’s a great seller because if you return it they provide a return shipping label which is convenient.

The product is true to what I expected BUT it was very difficult to hard wire and you need to turn it on a long time in advance of your shower because it takes a while to warm the towel.
